Average Melia Hotel.
So my husband and I came to stay at melia benidorm for 5 nights,and i would say its average stay, the hotel is beautiful,the staff are lovely, but swe struggled with the food buffet, when we found something we liked,the food was either over or undercooked,there was flies all around the salads and cheeses that was off putting,as we were all inclusive you would think that means you can have whatever food and drinks you want (except for premium drinks and mini bar of course) but thats not the case,we could have a banana smoothie,but if you wanted a banana and strawberry smoothie you had to pay €6.50, same with other bits on the snack bar menu, my husband ordered a cesaser salad ,and let's just say it was bad (it had chicken nuggets in it) the only thing that was correct was the pamesan, we did make a complaint which they said somone would be intouch,we were asked what we would like to drink with dinner,my husband asked for coffee,and was told no,as they only serve coffee at breakfast. All I can say is its average,it may just be that we have been very spoilt at melia sunny beach.

Lovely stay Melia Benidorm
A group of friends stayed for 5 nights...reception staff really helpful to ensure we were all in the same block...attractive hotel ...beautiful plant festooned foyer...lovely pool area ....very clean and well kept. We had a large bedroom...well stocked with toiletries...clean and a spare quilt provided in case it was needed....air con as with most hotels was quite noisy but worked well...food for me...was fine.. Plenty of choice...and well presented....you will never go hungry....the cheesecake was delicious!! This is a large hotel but we found plenty of room for everyone...we never felt packed in...Abba tribute was great fun..I would return if we went back to Benidorm ...

Just spent 10 days here. Booked "The Level" The hotel is situated in a great spot and the pool area is spacious and we'll maintained, the pool was a little cold but not to spoil the swimming and there is a heated indoor alternative. Rooms are basic but cleaned everyday beds were super comfy. The Level Staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble, the whole team from check in, room staff and the lovely waitress \waiters are a credit to the company and really made our stay excellent. My 1st visit to Benidorm and this hotel. I'll be back next year..can't wait.
Lovely Hotel
When I read the reviews of this hotel I was a bit dubious about staying here however we really enjoyed it here, beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, spacious and staff very friendly, Belen checked us in and was very informative and welcoming, the buffet breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and the staff worked hard to clear tables at busy times, food was lovely, the hotel is central enough for a short walk to everything but we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
