The hotel is in a good location and was nice and clean throughout. The room was a decent size, although the fridge barely worked and took a long time to cool anything down. The air conditioning technically worked, but you could hardly feel it.
The staff were pleasant enough, but very little information was provided at either check-in or check-out. We barely even received a goodbye when leaving.
The all-inclusive package was far more restrictive than expected. Instead of a wristband, you were given a key card that had to be used for everything, including ordering food and drinks. It was also the same card needed to power the electricity in the room, meaning you couldn't leave the air conditioning running while you were out. We did leave one key card in the room one day, but when we returned, the cleaners had switched the air conditioning off anyway. It felt like the hotel was constantly trying to cut costs wherever possible.
Another strange policy was that at the end of every dinner service, guests had to hand both their room key card and the drinks list provided by their waiter back to reception. We were told this was for stock control, but it just added to the feeling that the hotel was overly restrictive and focused on cutting costs.
There were also lots of unnecessary restrictions with the all-inclusive package. You weren't allowed to take food from the snack bar around the pool, and to access the snack bar you had to enter a small indoor area and make sure you were completely dry first. During dinner, the only drinks available were beer, wine or water from a small fridge in the dining room, with no access to the full drinks selection included elsewhere.
The food was average at best. There was plenty of choice, but many of the dishes didn't seem to go together. For example, on most evenings the only vegetable available was Brussels sprouts, despite the main dishes being things like fish or sushi, which felt like a very odd combination.
Unfortunately, there were several arguments between guests during our stay. Staff appeared to simply watch rather than intervene, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable at times.
The pool area was good, and it was easy to find sunbeds. There was also an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, which had to be booked and were very enjoyable. However, most guests seemed unaware these facilities even existed. Apparently there was also a gym, but we never found it.
The entertainment wasn't particularly impressive from what we saw, and we didn't stay long enough to watch much of it.
Overall, the hotel was okay. It wasn't a terrible stay, but it certainly wasn't anything special. The many restrictions on the all-inclusive experience, combined with the inconsistent food, lack of information from staff and the hotel's apparent focus on saving money, meant it didn't feel like good value compared to other all-inclusive hotels we've stayed in.
Crap , miserable staff ! Entertainment staff keeps that place rolling they were great . They wasting their talent on the place . Also the cards you have to take to the bar are crap aswell ! Especially when you got 4 kids , wrist bands are much better . Would I stay there again mmmm only if I had to 🫣
Ladt day here tomorrow Hotel has been really nice , room was ready on arrival (1pm) booked in , given key cards and went and had lunch Worthwhile saying you do not get all inclusive braclets but key cards Room was nice , 2 single beds , TV ( didn't work ) and a bath ( with a shower in it ) cleaned almost daily Pool is lovely , Easy to get in and out and also has a kids pool Little on site shop ( quite expensive ) to get crisps etc Food was decent enough , lots of fish lunch / dinner but cold salads and pasta also , deserts / ice cream fresh fruit , found something to eat every meal Breakfast was toast , fruit cooked , cold meats , bit samey but nice enough Hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the strip , lots of shops / bars etc on the way down there Guests were not to noisy , managed to sleep each night Worth noting on your last day you have to leave at 12 and your key cards are taken off you - so no all inclusive after that It is also a 1 drink per person system with the cards Overall a nice hotel , would stay again
First holiday to benidorm. Hotel was clean and friendly. Staff where happy and happy to chat, Jorge on reception was so helpful in places to visit nothing was to much trouble for him. We think if there had being a information booklet on arrival this would of being usefull to us as we have never being away on holiday and had no idea what to do. Even down to how you got electric in the room, nothing was explained i think they think everyone has holidayed before. We didnt have a kettle or coffee making essentials in the room we never checked their website before travelling or we could of took a travel kettle this would be a must if your early risers like us, waiting for 8 am for your first coffee isn't good when your up from 5 each morning.
The bar staff happy and had a laugh, On arrival approximately 1,20 am we asked if there was anything to eat or drink they reluctantly opened the restaurant but there was only cheese and ham hard bread. No coffee or tea on offer.
The meals seem to be repeated alot, there was alot of fish and this was not very cooked, there didnt seem to cook spanish dishes, service was good the ladys and young men waiting tables were happy and speedy at taking your places even if one of us where still eating, there was one older men serving he always seemed grumpy.
The pool was nice and plenty of sun loungers, we found out on the last day that there was a inside pool which was lovely but you had to go through the shop,
Entertainment is shocking nothing during the day, unless you play water football, there was bingo on a evening then bad singing, karaoke badly some nights. There was a couple of dancers who came from outside to entertain they were good, but we didn't sit for any of the other.
Our room was nice and comfortable we had a end room with pool and street view, bathroom could do with a little attention but ok for 7 days.
We where all inclusive but this didn't include the nice ice-cream, just very small pots of kids ice-cream and fruit lolly's we asked for slush drink but again not included,
If there had being some sort of information booklet we would of used it more.
The walk to town and beaches was a good walk. Ok if your fit.
Booked this hotel as our first holiday together, and my partners first time abroad, we couldn’t fault the hotel from the minute we got there till the minute we left, room was spotless, yes you do need to pay a fee for the safe which is a daily rate but wasn’t much and worth it to keep personal items safe and you can pay for the week in one payment. Food was your normal all inclusive but we was happy with it and always found something to eat, always had fresh meat cooked in-front of you different every meal time, entertainment staff were really good, always something going on throughout the day but also enough time in-between to relax on your sun-bed which when we went we never had to get up early for your old sun-bed wars, we put ours out at breakfast time and we had no issues, pool was nice always clean. The bar staff were always friendly and would always engage in conversation and have a laugh, beer and sodas on draft and always cocktails available including a cocktail of the day. Personally we found the 1 card 1 drink no bother and never complained once. We stayed in a couple of nights and the entertainment was decent, although there is bars just a little walk down which had tributes on every hour of the night, the strip wasn’t too far away either nor the beach but it was far enough away to not be within the carnage every night which was always good, supermarkets and pharmacy’s all nearby so the setting was perfect, its also directly opposite benidorm palace which we didn’t go to but I have head good reviews for a good night out. Overall a really nice hotel which if we ever returned to Benidorm this is the place we would book instantly!
