Magic Cristal Park

Went 4th-11th August, paid £2300 for week ultra all inclusive for 4 people.

Check in- we got there early from flight, had to wait to check in which is fine as we got there early. Very friendly staff who were helpful.

Room- we didn't pay for a balcony and chose the most basic room whcih was fine, two double beds and a sofa bed, fridge, the view was another room opposite but we paid for this so we knew.

Cleaners- you can have your room cleaned everyday if you wanted to.

Noise - we never heard any noise and night and could sleep. We had the front door and then another door so this obviously stopped the noise.

Air con- worked great, we were never hot

Kids entertainment- there is Kids entertainment on for the majority of the day and also in the evening. It isn't just for Spanish people, it is in Spanish but you get the jist and can join in. They have a kids club which looked lovely.

Magic cafe bar - we loved coming here and chilling out in the evenings. They had live singers on, the staff were also lovely in here also.

Food- lots of food or choices, some a bit odd but we found food to eat. Never had to wait long to get in. Drinks to have with food inside. Fizzy drinks, beer and wine for dinner. Coffee machine for breakfast along work juices.

Allergies- I have a nut allergy. Not all staff understood this properly and weren't sure how to help, so this was a bit risky.

Pool bar- such a lovely view and so nice to sit up there. Floor is hot. Where shoes 😁

Subbed area on the roof - doany available to use. Can see the view to the sea here I loved it up there.

Pool- yes it's undercover but it's so hot it's sometimes nice to have some shade, we enjoyed this pool

Kids splash area - our 8 year old enjoyed this for cooling down.

Lifts- can be a little slower at peak times but majority of the time very quick.

Down stairs bar, such a nice area to sit and have drinks in the day time in the air conditioning, also you get drinks on glases here. The plastic cups are just for the pool bar.

All inclusive band - works as the key to your door so you don't lose it.

Games room. A lot of things have height and age restrictions. Like no child under 12 for VR. But they have Mario Kart, Mario, pacman, driving simulator you sit in, PlayStations etc. Was ok. Maybe wouldn't have paid but we aren't gamers. We got this included in ultra all inclusive

Ultra all inclusive. This was why we booked this hotel. The first night we went to Maui bar. The staff were so kind we had a three course meal each and two drinks looking out onto the beach. We visited magic robin Hood twice and spent the day there, we used taxis. Around €12 there and back

We watched the magic show and the medieval show Magic show we got sandwiches, crisps and drinks. Medieval night was chicken, Sausages, potato and corn. Think pork as well. With soup and bread for starter . Dessert was a cone ice cream, drinks included. Both great! We visited aqua natura and the animal part. Entertainers on all day here and a foam party. Our rooms got stocked up daily with drinks. One Pepsi, one Kas Lemon, one Kas orange, one beer. That was more than enough, considering drinks were all inclusive anyway. All included in the ultra all inclusive.

The beach is around 5 minutes walk, looks of shops near. We found a pizza place we liked, takeaway slices for around €3 and crepe shops for treats. Also lots of tourist shops for souvenirs.

We visited aqualandia for a day. Salt water wasn't the nicest, we knew before we came but went anyway .

We think this holiday was a bargain. We used a lot of taxis but still cheaper than a more expensive hotel.

I can't quite work out these bad reviews, I'm not sure what people are looking at.

This hotel is located in close proximity to the shops , the atmosphere is created by happy guests which unfortunately if your English seemed to be in short supply, bar staff were abrupt and rude with the exception of of Anita a lovely lady originally from Yorkshire who was absolutely the most pleasant and polite staff member we met. Rooms were quite compact with little space between the end the bed and the furniture. Rooms were cleaned daily and kept clean, however it seemed domestic staff are time pressured so no chance of much of a lie in, which is personally what I enjoy about going away as I work very hard in the U.K. on maybe the 3rd night a man came outside the hotel speaking to a friend or relative about his room being flooded he later told me this was just mopped and no compensation or anything but his things were soaked and they expected him to still occupy this same room. We went as group for my friends birthday with my friends family.

I am currently in this hotel now and from me stepping foot in this hotel this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The staff are rude and erupt on arrival the security guard was having a altercation with a security guard to which the guest member slapped the security and the security chased him with a pair of scissors I have a 7 year old disabled child with me who was terrified. They serving you raw food, the food is inedible I have but a complaint in to reception and the manager and they don’t care because the hotel is none refundable so they don’t do anything to help you. I have asked for a refund back on my all inclusive as I refuse to eat in the restaurant and they don’t wanna know. Lift has been broke for several days, the water was switched off honestly avoid this hotel it is the worst I have ever stopped in. The rooms are nothing like they advertised they run down toilet hardly flush’s bath flaking
