We are just home from a great first time trip to Benidorm and I would strongly recommend this hotel. Warm welcome with a really great deal to upgraded to all inclusive. Rooms are great and beds massive and comfortable. The pool is great and more than enough sun beds for everyone. Its location is a short walk to everything and quiet at night for uninterrupted sleep and zero noise in the hotel too. The all inclusive food and drinks were vast and excellent quality.
Beautiful hotel
We had a fabulous long weekend. We were able to check in at 2:30pm and then found that we had had our room upgraded for our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous bathroom and bed. Massive balcony and housekeeping came everyday with fresh towels and coffee.
The pools and entertainment staff are great, I would say that for an adult only hotel - the adults act worse than children at times and this sometimes made any relaxing impossible but that’s not the hotels fault.
Food and drink was great lots of choices the restaurant is slightly crowded but eventually always found somewhere to sit and the staff in here work so so hard and are super friendly.
Overall we would come back to the hotel, we can’t thank you enough for our beautiful room and wine to celebrate this really made our holiday.

Fantastic Again!!!
This was our 4th year in a row and it didn't disappoint! Firstly the staff, as usual they were so helpful, friendly and accommodating especially Bella on reception, this hotel should hopefully recognise this simple fact. Secondly the entertainment team led by the wonderful Jony, and backed up by Silvia, Noelia and Andrea.. absolutely amazing as usual so thanks for helping us to enjoy our stay! Thirdly as usual the food and drinks were fantastic, always had an excellent selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the selection of drinks was great. Finally the pool area. You are always able to get sunbeds, the pool is fantastic and well maintained and the lifeguards especially the young lad were fantastic. Only things to keep an eye on are the unthoughtful guests who reserve the sunbeds and disappear for hours and the people drinking in the pool, but at least the lifeguard was clamping down on both. Once again I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again next year for year 5. Thanks for making our holiday so special.

Definitely a place to return to.
What a great holiday. The staff are fantastic and the room we had was amazing. The all inclusive is the way to go. The food is delicious and varied. Well done to the kitchen staff. We stayed in the newer apartment block which was amazing. Excellent views and a lot quieter than the main pool. Very relaxing. The pool bar staff even came down to this area to take drinks orders and brought drinks to us. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Girls Trip
Travelled with a group of friends. Our room was a superior one which was very nice. Only issue was the shower was not very warm. The air con was great. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was good. Drinks at the hotel were nice and very reasonably priced. Overall very happy with the hotel. Would stay again.
