Will never stay here again!
Rooms quite good but looking a bit shabby and tired. The food was awful, never had such cold, poor quality food in a hotel abroad before. Reported to reception as we also saw a member of staff put his hand in the baked beans at breakfast. The lady we spoke to didn't seem interested and the food got steadily worse so we started eating out. A lot of the staff had a really bad attitude as well. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Good hotel
Clean hotel with good amenities, big shoutout to Sylvia who was hosting little fun games around the pool, she was a great laugh and very friendly
Disappointed
5 girl,3 night stay for birthday weekend early October 2026. Booked 2 rooms , one no issues, other a nightmare. Room 306 door threshold bar had come away so couldn't shut door. Reception team changed rooms . Upon returning to said room hallway completely flooded ( told us that the air-conditioning unit had overflowed), moved us to another room where we had exactly the same issue with water dripping from the ceiling panel . Moved back to original room 306 as door bar had been fixed. Throughout our experience most of the Reception team weren't particularly interested and to be honest, cold and unapproachable. We also had issues with the shower water leaking through the shower door creating a puddle in the bathroom. Room furniture was dated, very basic , room was cold and smelt damp. Didn't eat in the restaurant at all during our stay as the food looked unappealing. Will definitely not be returning.
Amazing stay, we absolutely loved our trip!
My family of four (two adults, two 17 year olds) just experienced such a lovely time at this hotel!!! The food was amazing, so much choice, great quality and delicious too.
We stayed with the All Inclusive package which allowed us 3 buffet meals each day and lots of drinks (unfortunately there are minimal cocktails available for all inclusive guests, yet we could still enjoy some other soft and alcoholic drinks).
The staff are all extremely kind and helpful, one man at the bar was sometimes a bit odd but apart from that just amazing. A huge shout out to the awesome lady who lead most of the entertainment, she was great fun, hilarious and was always so happy to chat!!
We loved the evening entertainment, especially the dancers on the Thursday night, so talented and just beautiful. Beware of the big red chairs in the tropical lounge though, as they tend to all be missing at least one leg!!!
The 3 pools were all lovely and spacious with definitely a good amount of sun beds around, however ABSOLUTELY FREEZING!!! Luckily it was hot enough outside for it to be nice and cooling, but anyone who’s not used to swimming in cold water might have a bit of a shock.
It was a member of our party’s birthday on one of the days of our stay, the staff were so kind and thoughtful. They left some chocolates and wine on his bed which was a lovely surprise.
Great location of the hotel, just a 15 ish minute walk to the beach which was great. Close enough to local facilities but away from the busy hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The hotel is for over 14s only, and doesn’t allow hen or stag dos which really ensured it was a nice, calm, relaxing environment, setting it apart from your typical Benidorm holiday!!! The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with spacious balconies that offer stunning views over the city.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple, family or group who are wanting to enjoy the nice weather and great food. Thank you Hotel BCL for our amazing stay ❤️

Excellent……….again
3rd time to stay and we just love it. Easy to drive to from Murcia great parking too. Location with a bus stop outside is brilliant. We always stay in the apartments as my husband needs a fridge for his medication they are just brilliant v roomy and v v clean. Breakfast is great with brilliant staff keeping the place flowing great mixture of foods to keep all happy. The pool areas r v v clean too.
