Maria & bella on reception were outstanding helping us with a booking for a meal at our chosen resturante There English is amazing whuch helped us so much Plz acknowledge them both with a reward bonus or even a extra day off
Been coming here for years, more than once a year. This visit things were different. Check in good. Room looked clean but not cleaned. Things from the previous guests under the bed. Food good as usual. The worst thing for us was to see the amount of people overindulging, obviously on the all inclusive option. If they had to pay they wouldn't buy that much and leave it undrunk. Around the pool was a mess. It was like a club 18-30 hotel. There were people in the bar inside shirtless (despite the rules about being shirtless inside the hotel) and lying on the chairs and sofas with their feet on them. Absolutely no respect for the hotel or the rest of the guests. We have never witnessed this at this hotel before. We won't be going back. We have spoken with the hotel but it is what it is they say at that time of year and they can't discriminate. Just don't offer all inclusive!
Great room (deluxe double); it was a huge room (largest we have stayed in anywhere), with a large balcony (with great patio furniture) on the corner (overlooking the pool and behind the building to the mountains). Kitchenette with hob, microwave, crockery, sink, half fridge. Big sofa and chairs and coffee tables. Lots of hanging space and drawers. Bathroom was modern with a huge shower and his-and-hers sinks. Plenty of toiletries and useful extras like a mini toothpaste, comb etc in a basket in case you’ve forgotten anything. Hotel staff were really helpful when we needed personalised assistance with a couple of things. Swimming pool outdoor (and swimming pool with bar) and a lovely cool indoor pool. Spa (which we didn’t happen to use). Breakfast was plentiful and varied, including also plenty for special diets (eg multiple milks, even lactose free). Lidl almost directly opposite, useful for cold drinks, snacks etc.
"Absolutely brilliant stay! We were so thrilled to receive an amazing complimentary room upgrade — it was fantastic and made our trip feel extra special. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything else was excellent.
Only one very small gripe: we asked for an iron a couple of times and unfortunately never received one. But this was only a minor thing and certainly didn’t spoil what was otherwise a wonderful experience. We’d definitely stay here again!"
Hotel, food and rooms were great
