Lovely Hotel
Lovey hotel,rooms are nice with a good sized balcony,from the reception to the bar staff were all friendly and welcoming,we had a late flight and the hotel gave us a 30 minute room slot to allow us to get showers before departing which was much appreciated and a nice touch by the hotel,this was our second stay and would definitely return on my next visit

So I am sitting at breakfast on my last day at this wonderful hotel, and so sad to be going.
So firstly to know about me I’m fussy and easily irritated (yes I have friends honest). However I cannot fault this place.
My first solo trip as I had more annual leave days than my partner and my friends come out today so I am meeting them and just came early.
I felt so welcomed and safe here. Everyone was kind and lovely. The lady who greeted me at breakfast always remembered me and greeted me warmly with a smile
I treated myself to a private suite. It was ace. An amazing terrace to read and watch the world go by. Robes and slippers (well used) and because I booked direct with the hotel I go use of the Bali bed by the pool and two free uses of the spa.
It’s quite near the strip but doesn’t feel that way as the hotel is calm ordered and just what you need to relax.
The food was lovely. Breakfast had so much choice and always started my day with a mimosa, with the fizz being a cute touch.
By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I stayed in the H10 when I was in Benidorm in march and thought I would struggle to beat that. However it’s well and truly beaten.
My heartfelt thanks so the staff at this hotel you have been lovely and welcoming. My first solo trip has been lovely and I definitely plan to return.

Such a pleasure to stay in the Helios hotel
O’Sullivan family. We have been here for the last 10 days and it is a fabulous hotel. It is immaculate clean. The management and staff especially Julia who could not do enough for you. The food is excellent and there is a huge selection.You can get Sun beds anytime of the day. Can’t wait to get back
Another Great Stay
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and submitted previous reviews. However, the hotel deserves an additional review after another fantastic day.
I think this will have been my 5th stay at the Helios, booking as part of a package holiday when they were listed with the tour operators and latterly booking direct. This certainly isn’t an issue, so please do not let that put you off.
I arrived at 11am after a very early flight from the UK. The friendly Reception staff checked me in and explained the room was not ready, this wasn’t an issue, my luggage was kept in the secure arrivals room and I headed to the pool to enjoy the facilities. At around 14:30, I headed back to Reception and my room (622) was ready. The room was spotless, 622 is a pool view room and I always opt for a pool view whenever I book.
A very comfortable double bed, free safe, ample storage and bottled water on arrival. Large shower cubicle with a powerful shower. The cleaner was so friendly and minimal outside noise could be heard on a night. I had some tea & coffee with me and Reception allowed me to hire a kettle, again free of charge.
I was half-board, always managed to find something to eat at meal times. The fresh omelettes and pancakes at breakfast along with the vast choice of desserts at dinner definitely need a special mention - lovely.
Another area of the hotel that I would like to mention is the spa. I booked a massage and the service I received from Mar was outstanding. Mar said at the start of the massage ‘this is your time to relax’ and it certainly was that. Thank you Mar for the lovely massage & thank you for the offer of a complimentary visit to the spa - I just wish I had more time as I was leaving the following day.
I often say The Helios is my favourite hotel in Benidorm, my recent stay has confirmed that. I also have to say that the guests that the Helios attracts really made me feel so welcome as a solo guest.
