Excellent hotel
Lovely hotel very clean staff excellent food lovely visited for 4 days come twice a year to this hotel can’t fault it lovely bar staff especially a lady called EVA lovely lady very chatty and smily will do anything for you goes out of her way to help you can’t fault the staff and hotel emjoyed our stay every time we come we love it location is excellent handy for shops and bars too it was my birthday while there the staff gave me a bottle of processco and chocolate treats lovely touch was in room when came in from a night out
Great Hotel!
Was first time in Benidorm and found this lovely hotel we were on the 7th floor room was spacious and had everything you needed and had a massive balcony! Hotel itself was in a great location near the bars and short walk from the beach. At breakfast there was so much choice from meats and cheeses to cooked breakfast! Would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully be back in the future!
Great location, lovely staff
We’ve visited Helios, in Benidorm many times now. It’s a great location to be as involved, with the night life and entertainment, as you choose during your stay. The hotel itself has always been clean and well equipped with the staff being pleasant and professional. The manager, Julia Elen Fischer, is so lovely and went above and beyond on our visits. We always get a warm welcome back. We hope to continue visiting in the future.
Ideal hotel for cleanliness, comfort and close enough to everything but not on top of it
Hotel staff were so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you, especially Isobel and Martin on reception. Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms ideal for our needs. Pool slightly chilly on first couple of days but heated nicely after that. Walking distance to strip, beach and market. Great value for money. No evening noise disturbing sleep. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Helios Benidorm relax
Idea location, close to everything, 5 mos from the beach. Quite on a night so you get a relaxing nights sleep. Friendly relaxing atmosphere. Clean comfortable rooms. Great value for money. The whole hotel is immaculate, with friendly very help staff.
