Another great stay at the H10 Poniente
This was our 5th trip to this great Hotel . The location is perfect just across from the fantastic beach and way 5 min walk into the old town . Staff were excellent as usual and the food was the best we have had with a great choice every night . Can’t wait to rebook again .
Ideal
Without doubt an excellent hotel in an ideal location right on the front overlooking the wonderful Poniente beach and close to the old town. We had a junior suite with a side sea view which was of an excellent size and kept very clean. The suite is cooled by probably the best air conditioning system that I have come across in a hotel ensuring perfect comfort conditions and the room also contains a fridge, good tv with a selection of English channels and ample usb chargers. There is good storage in the room and a complimentary safe is provided Bathrobe and slippers are also provided All staff without exception are happy, helpful and hardworking and will go out of their way to help you if required We stayed on a half board basis. The restaurant can get very busy at times however it is very efficiently managed and any wait to be seated was minimal. All food is self service, buffet style with a cooking station providing some foods cooked to order. The variety of food is excellent, so much choice and all cooked to perfection with dishes replenished regularly. Evenings meals were never repetitive over the two weeks that we stayed. The infinity plunge pool and main sunbathing area along with a bar and eating area is situated on the fifth floor and can get very busy at times and sometimes all sunbeds were taken however there is a smaller, quieter sunbathing area with a small plunge pool situated on the floor above. There are also sunbeds and parasols available on the beach opposite the hotel, however these are not owned by the hotel and are chargeable at the rate of €16 per day for a couple of sunbeds and a parasol. Towels are available at reception with a refundable deposit required. If your towel needs exchanging for a clean one during your stay this is charged at €1 per towel. A gym is available and there is a small heated indoor pool with a sauna which is complimentary for your first visit and chargeable thereafter Low key Evening entertainment is available some evenings from 9pm All in all a great hotel in an ideal location and we would have no hesitation in staying here again

Love your hotel,stayed 12 times now…everything is fabulous….just one small thing! Please can we have more staff at the rooftop bar!

Wonderful experience
The hotel was wonderfully presented and the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my suitcase from the airport transfer and they couldn't have done more to help me. The facilities are wonderful and the breakfast was great. I have Coeliac Disease and could order gluten free items which were brought to the table efficiently. We would definitely stay again.
Anniversary break
Walking into the hotel for the first time, it was stunning, nice and bright and a lovely aroma wafting in the reception area. Rooms overlooking the sea front are exceptional, would highly recommend. Food needed to be slightly hotter in temperature and a bit more variety. Overall the hotel is amazing, so much so we booked again before we left.
