FLASH HOTEL WOULD’NT RETURN
Good points. You could always find a sun bed. Millie the activity lady was great fun and kept us amused without being overbearing. Food was pretty good, large selection. Room on the 12th floor quiet and a comfortable bed. Molly on reception was very helpful, but the rest of the staff including the waiters were very surly and didn’t appear to be overworked and not very happy in their jobs. House keeping was poor. Pool area not cleaned all week. The same spilt sticky drinks and sticky glass rings on the tables were there when we arrived and were still there when we left a week later. Drinking water not available at dinner, 2.50 Euros for 500 ml. When we asked for a bigger bottle we were told it was only available to VIP customers. Water is free at breakfast however. WFI very slow and kept dropping off, meaning you had to keep going through the palaver of filling in the forms all over again.. We have given the Flash hotel 2 stars, as a lot of the issues could easily be resolved if the staff took more interest.

Good hotel
Enjoy the hotel. Prime location, nice staff and a very chilled nice atmosphere at the pool which was also warm. There is plenty of sunbeds available any time of the day and there is no mad towel rush in the morning you sometimes get at hotels. I had read lots of people saying the food wasn’t very nice but I can’t complain about the food at all, it’s was very nice and plenty of choices. We were in room 201 and it was nice looking onto Morgan’s tavern but no noise if you closed the balcony doors. The balcony was great for people watching both day and night. The only few bad things were in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and water leaked all over the bath uncontrolled, the shower gel provided was rubbish and I ended up using my own. I definitely come back and use this hotel again overall.

Millie perfect for the Flash
Millie is the perfect entertainer amazingly funny and has a great personality, perfect for the job. Place wouldn't be the same without her. We have had great laughs with her.
