Benidorm!
Lovely, clean hotel very central and not far from the strip! Great cocktails and the best staff! Tony made sure we were looked after and really appreciated the quick service and helpful drinks recommendations!

Good location and staff, but just ok.
Reception and bar staff very friendly and pleasant, especially barman in Skybar. Within walking distance of both new and old towns, and surprisingly quiet considering it’s only a short distance from the strip. No issues getting a sun bed but in the shade majority of the day, and some were bed swapping most of the day to follow the sun. Although housekeeping in room every day, they didn’t actually clean room, towels were changed, bins emptied and beds made (but bedding not changed). Food ok, plenty of choice but random selections that don’t really go together, and luke warm at best, even the day we were at breakfast when it open cooked selection was cold.
Worn around the edges.
The hotel is a little worn around the edges, the staff are pleasant and helpful the food although not lots of choice what they do, they do well no complaints there. The location isn't ideal a little tucked away especially from the harbour and old town. My one complaint was a smell in our bathroom, I mentioned it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday because it wasn't addressed. On the Wednesday I was told we could change rooms, we were just going on an excursion so I said we will address it later. We returned to find another member of staff who said there were no spare rooms anymore so the offer was withdrawn. We persevered with the smell all our holiday, on Friday I mentioned it on a whatsapp chat with Jet2 after a phone call we were told we could change rooms we were leaving 8am Saturday morning, not really worth it by then. Had I been offered a new room on Monday we would have taken it, my room number was 901 I believe nothing will have changed and the room is probably still being used. The entertainment wasn't great to much karaoke, Pedro on the rooftop bar is worth a visit the views are very good to.

Short break
Stayed in hotel at the start of October.Half board. Room was large and clean. Location is quiet and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. . Food was varied and tasty. The man at front desk in restaurant was very pleasant. The waiting staff also very efficient and friendly. The highlight for us was the bar on the 22nd Floor . Pedro the bartender was extremely helpful and the cocktails were lovely. Great service.

Pedro is awesome great cocktails
This review is solely about Pedro in the sky bar here. He was so welcoming, this became a go to for us in the evening, not only do you have spectacular views, he is singularly the most friendly talented bar person we have ever met. His cocktails are superb and the flavour and recommendations he makes are so brilliant. Lovely to see someone love their job so much and be so welcoming and accommodating…if you have not visited the sky bar at this hotel it must be on your to do list….thank you Pedro see you next time.
