Excellent hotel, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benidorm
Lovely & clean hotel, staff are always friendly and polite. Pool Manager ensures everyone has a sunbed no matter what time you arrive by the pool. Food choice is also excellent. Perfect location & facilities.

The hotel don poncho is the best we've stayed in benidorm, it's absolutely spotless, rooms are lovely and modern ,staff are so friendly, such a chilled out hotel we will definitely go back

Amazing hotel
10/10 in every way, booking for next year.
STUNNING
Fantastic hotel. Best in Spain that we've seen. Spotlessly clean. Food is gorgeous....I'm funny with breakfast but you get the usual continental stuff but some good old British stuff too. Proper sausage, crispy and less so bacon. Good beans. Black pudding. Kippers! Cava!! The rooms are spacious... we had a family room with our teenage daughter in with us. Beautiful exterior with waterfalls etc. Couldn't hear the slightest peep from the strip despite it being right behind us. Stunning sea views.....excellent staff all round....but the jewel in the crown is Stefan! When you get an employee like him I really hope he gets the pay he deserves. He never stops working for the customers....the sweat was pouring off him but he was still running round making sure everybody gets a sunbed and gets the correct amount of shade they ask for.....he even goes round every 10 minutes to re adjust the umbrellas when the sun moves around. If he gets a spare 5 minutes he's got a brush in his hand cleaning off the sometimes slippy pool steps! Great guy....also a special mention to the bar man who also works very hard delivering drinks to sunbeds.....didnt catch his name but had hair like dracula!
Best stay in benidorm
Great location beautiful atmosphere the rooms were excellent clean and tidy every day value for money excellent. I'd like to say all the waiters were brilliant but Reuben with his sense of humor made of afternoon by the pool fun many thanks to all will be back Sandra and Tim. Thoroughly enjoyed and where looked after on our 50th wedding anniversary. I would go as far as to say spoiled . Made of a week special.
