We have been going to the hotel since 1997 and the food has always been excellent, it has got better over the years. The hotel's best asset though is it's staff who we have got to know over the years especially Juan Miguel, Rocio, Jose, Pepe and Miguel Angel, they all work so hard. However - and this is a message for the hotel's owners - you charge extra for superior rooms (I visited in June with my daughter and September/October with my husband) which are nice but not exceptional, just the standard you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The problem lies with your standard rooms which are more in keeping with a 2 or 3 star establishment. They are long overdue for an upgrade. Finally, your wifi reception is woeful and charging 30€ for the safe for 17 nights (and we would not have got our deposit back this morning if I hadn't asked) in this day and age is bad practice imo.
We had a great stay, thank you for making this possible. Lovely staff, great location 5 mins walk from the beach or bus station, close to old town, inice breakfast and clean rooms, would highly recommend this hotel
I booked a superior partial sea view room, the very same as I had last year , I basically got a cupboard for the same price ! The bed was far too high , needed a step ladder to get on it ,when eventually I got my arthritic 73 year old body on the bed the gap between my feet and the floor was 9 inches and I'm tall !! He room was actually triangular! The bed was on an angle, nothing about this room was good or acceptable in relation relation to what I booked !the toilet was wedged into a tight space , no where to keep toiletries,,, ,balcony away half the size as other superior rooms . I'll not return feel robbed, didn't get what I paid for!!
Horrible experience for us. 0 star experience Rooms totally inadequate for my needs. We were advised to ask for whatever our needs were. An acessible room should come with acessible needs. I came on holiday not to check room gor its inadequacy s. That is hotel manager s Job. I had to use the public toilet in a nearby hotel which which was amazing. Completely different to the experience with hotel climia benidorm plaza. The cost of both rooms i booked and paid for was 159eu to 169eu which is 4 star 5 star prices. I got 0 star experience
Just returned from a 5 night stay with 3 friends. Great hotel, good location, spotless rooms and the staff could not do enough for us. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a sea view room for a minimal cost. We were so glad we did this. Special thanks must go to our waiter Abdul who immediately made us feel welcome, and also Ruben on reception who quickly sorted out a small issue with our safe and air con. This hotel is good value for money and I would highly recommend it. On a personal note, I would prefer a kettle in the room rather than a coffee maker, but that detail didn’t deflect from a great stay. Thanks again!
