Was poorly fir w days
Just arrived home from this hotel as a family of 4 would like to let anyone booking thus hotel that there was a lot of people struck down by d@v including me I was in my room for 2 days solid. Never been so poorly on holiday mentioned it to the rep at the hotel he was not interested said would log it. If you are not queeing for sunbeds at 8am you are not getting a sunbed. Staff was OK some happier than others snack bar was better than the restaurant please be careful what you are eating at this hotel.
Wonderful Hotel
On our trip to Benidorm my mother ended up in hospital and I had to move hotel to here. The staff are beyond amazing and the wonderful Lena ( hope this is correct) went out her way to help even organising getting home to Scotland, she is kind caring compassionate and such an angel. This hotel makes you feel welcome as if you’re already family, highly recommend
Great holiday with friends
Great location for old town and Levante beach.
Very chilled/relaxed atmosphere, especially around pool as there no screaming kids. Loved that we didn't have to sit through children's entertainment in the evening.
Rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the strange bathroom arrangment (sink in the bedroom behind a glass screen, shower behind a wall but with no door and toilet with obscured glass door). Although strange it wasn't a problem.
The service was 5* with all staff efficient, friendly and helpful. I would say a special mention for Irene who always went above and beyond and was very happy and bubbly.
This was the best all inclusive I've ever been to. Good food and drink and very generous. Although enjoyed all of the food, I would have liked some traditional Spanish options as it was mainly British type food.
Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely return.

Fabulous hotel
Located on the outskirts of the Old Town it is a great location. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff were friendly, efficient and fabulous (special mention to Irene). The all inclusive food and drink was very generous with lots of variety (though it would have been nice to have some Spanish food) we definitely didn’t go hungry! The evening entertainment was good (special mention to Pablo Bloom). Would definitely go again 😁
Amazing time
Ideal location for going into town, atmosphere quiet at times but it is an adults only hotel. Rooms are spotless and the staff are amazing. Will definitely be back.
