Wonderful hotel and location

Such a great hotel in a beautiful location, with truly 5-star food! The staff were always helpful, friendly and polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were also pleasantly surprised that it was possible to find free sun loungers by the pool for most of the day, so there was no need to get up early to reserve one.

The nearby beach is absolutely stunning — probably one of the best beaches you could imagine. The restaurants were another highlight, with absolutely delicious food.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

An amazing location, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful ocean and its stunning caves. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the food was delicious. We stayed here for 7 days and will definitely come back again! The hotel pool was perfect as well.

We have just returned from an excellent 7-night stay at this hotel.

As always, I will try to offer a balanced review, highlighting what was good but also mentioning anything that could have been better.

Let's start with the very few things that caused us any concern. The main issue for us was the lifts. Although we were only on the 3rd floor, being in our 60s meant that we did need to use them. At certain times, it became very difficult due to the volume of guests using them. It was particularly noticeable how small the lifts were. With the dining area being on floor -1, the lifts were also often unavailable when trying to access them from reception. Let's just say the stairs were used a lot!

The only other point worth mentioning was at check-in. The staff were lovely and very friendly, but we felt that things such as meal times could have been explained rather than simply providing a card with the details. It would have been so easy to explain everything while also highlighting the information on the card. A small point, but one that would have been helpful.

Those minor issues aside, we really could not fault the hotel.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and was spotlessly clean. The bed was massive and, although quite firm, was extremely comfortable. There was a large TV in the room, although UK guests should be aware that UK channels are not particularly plentiful. Tea and coffee were provided, and the bathroom contained one of the best showers I have ever used.

All in all, the room was excellent.

We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was very good. I have stayed in other hotels where there has been a greater choice, but we could always find something we liked. In terms of food quality, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

The ground floor is where you will find reception, the outdoor pool and the snack bar. We didn't use the pool, but we did purchase food and drinks from the snack bar and had no issues at all.

For us, the best part of the stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. The dining room staff deserve a special mention for the way they engaged with all the guests, regardless of nationality. Their friendliness and attitude really added to our stay.

The hotel is around a 5-minute walk from the beach and is located on 'The Strip', with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep.

If you want to party, it's a great location. However, if, like us, you prefer somewhere a little more genteel and peaceful, this perhaps isn't the ideal location for you.

Overall, we had a fantastic 7-night stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The excellent staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, food and location all made for a very enjoyable holiday. Just be aware of the busy lifts and the lively location if you prefer somewhere quieter.
