Fantastic stay
We had the most wonderful stay at the Rochavau Hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and well looked after. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern and spotless, but it was the warmth and friendliness of the staff that really made our stay so special. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beautiful beach and close to plenty of lovely restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable room to the relaxed atmosphere and the little touches that made us feel so at home. The breakfast was beautiful. We also had lunch one day which was amazing, we were recommended the Cesar salad by the girl at reception and it definitely didn't disappoint. We came away with some really lovely memories and would happily return in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone at the Rochavau for making our stay so enjoyable — we couldn't recommend it highly enough

Perfect!
Brilliant stay, big shout out to Joao and his team- Agne, Rudolf, reception guys, HK, super friendly, professional and helpful.Room was comfy, hotel is in really good location and was quite. Food and drinks were delicious and well-prepared. Thank you very much guys! Simonas and Kathryn.

Very nice place
Extremely welcoming and warm personal! Only negative is that you can hear the neighbors as if they were laying in you own bed. Even snoring with ear plugs went trough. Great breakfast and the beach is only a 5’ walk.

A Fantastic Hotel Wonderful Staff
We have been coming to Portugal for 18 years and this was our first experience of Hotel Rochavau. It's location is perfect just a stone's throw from a beautiful beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. From the moment we were welcomed by João and Carlos at Reception to the moment we opened the door to our room we knew this hotel was special. The cleanliness hospitality and quality of service were all exceptional. Agne shared her local knowledge with us whilst recommending drinks from the bar and food from the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the Friday Fado nights and both the spinach and ricotta linguini and the pork cheeks were delicious. We also had lunch twice and the cod and chips and the smoked salmon salad were both fantastic. The staff who serviced the rooms were extremely thorough and totally professional. We cannot praise the staff enough they could not do enough for us and we will definitely be booking to stay here next year.

We have hosted a group here and it was outstanding. The communication was great, the view from the room was amazing, the breakfast was nice - me and all our guests were very pleased with the service given. The staff became friends. Highly recommended!
