Great location
Beautiful place, amazing decor, brilliant location between Portimao and Praia de Rocha. Brilliant breakfast and incredibly clean. Staff a bit cold and not very friendly. There was a young girl that worked as a waitress on the roof top bar. One day we went up and for some reason I messed up my pronunciation of thank you. She then went to the bar to get our drinks which was 50 m away and proceeded to regale the story to the bar man which they both found incredibly funny. Literally in ear and eye shot, and it was one wrong letter and I was trying. I felt so awful. So for that reason wouldn't go it.

Lovely hotel, shame about the food and location
Lovely hotel, shame about the food.
We enjoyed our stay overall. Comfy beds, decorated beautifully, spectacular pool and great service.
We were half board and were extremely disappointed with the options we were presented at dinner. If you don’t like fish or meat, do not stay here. I am vegetarian because I don’t like meat, but the only vegetarian options included meat substitutes such as tofu which was not nice nor preferable. Extremely limited options even if you are not vegetarian. There is no buffet style dinner either so you’re stuck with what you get given. They tried to make the food over impressive which let it down such as jazzing everything up with lemon or coriander which was awful. Portions were too small as well. My family ate the fish here and often found bones in their meals which made them off putting to finish.
Location wasn’t the best either - view from pool great but if you walk to the new town it is the equivalent of Benidorm meats Magaluf. If you walk the other way to the old town there’s just nothing really there.
Roof top bar is great for the first couple days and then you get sick of what they have to offer food wise because it’s a very small and limited menu.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable. But would I return? No. But that’s mainly because of the area. If I did ever happen to return to the hotel, I absolutely would not go half board.
Lovely relaxing hotel for couples,
Lovely location over looking the port. 10 minute walk to the beach but they do have a shuttle bus. Staff where helpful and friendly. Rooms where clean and spacious. Loved the shower. Roof top bar drink and food where really good. Some snug chairs to relax and unwind. Roof top pool looked unreal but never used it. We where bed and breakfast, breakfast was decent and lots of choice of food and beverages. Check in at 3 and check out at 12. Store your luggage until you check in and after you check out. Couldn't fault any of it. Never used the spa or gym.
Relaxing time
This is our second time visiting this hotel. The staff at the hotel are very accommodating. They are very friendly and always have a smile. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel is clean. The rooms are cleaned and the pool area is kept lovely. The staff at the bar are so friendly and look after customers so well. They never stop! Plenty of drinks to choose from and a good variety of food. All food and drinks we had were all very nice. Overall another excellent stay and would look forward to staying here again in the future.
Nice relaxing stay
Nice location , good breakfast helpful staff. Noise from entertainment was really loud till 11:30 at night so if you aren’t a night owl ask to be on a lower floor we stayed on floor 3 and it was so noisy
