Vila Nautico Shines....!!!
Wow. What a hotel for us to enjoy to the full and take in the local beach coupled with very economic taxi trips to Portimão and Albufiera!! The Hotel Nautico was the star attraction though.. Modern, air conditioned comfortable bedroom and en suite plus balcony within this modern hotel plus fabulous food, buffet style (with occasional evening outdoor barbecue additions too) coupled with delightful outdoor seating and eating!! Evening entertainment offered free if charge, delightful staff, excellent bar with daytime poolside food and drink plus facilities, all rolled into a fabulous holiday experience for us and other guests we met.. Thankyou Hotel Vula, Nautico for giving us the time to relax, enjoy, and take in this stunning part of The Algarve within Portugal. Brilliant!!

Lovely stay , thanks to lovely staff .
Lovely hotel , excellent service and always with a smile . Good choice on buffet food with freshly cooked food also available . Highly recommend this hotel , location just a few minutes walk from the sea front .

Where was the evening entertainment ?
I have just returned from a holiday to Vila Gale Nautico in Armacao de Pera Portugal. I went with a large party of friends. We had a good holiday together. The hotel was clean and tidy and the food was ok. My main issue was the evening entertainment or should I say lack of it. The entertainment seemed to be delivered by a couple of young hotel staff. We had silly childish games, a conga, dancing with scarves or fire, a karaoke to state but few. When most guests finished their meal and ventured outside for a drink , the entertainment people took a 20 min break. The week before I had been in a hotel where we had two amazing singers who got the guests up dancing and had to come back for encore after encore. The least VILA GALE could have done was put on some decent pop music for guests to dance to .Needless to say, many people just retired early for the night. For such a big hotel with many guests I would have hoped for and expected much better

Terrific First Time Stay
Despite visiting Armacao for over 15 years we had never stayed at this Hotel before and were very pleased to find it. Bedroom overlooking the swimming pools was excellent and kept very clean for the duration of our stay. Breakfasts buffet style had plenty of choice including Gluten free breads and pastries. Staff very helpful at all times of day and night. Will GO BACK

Lovely Hotel & Staff
My partner and I stayed here for 9 nights late September into October. Our room was on the 4th floor above the restaurant overlooking the pool. The room was perfect and we particularly liked the nautical decor. Every part of the room was immaculately clean with everything in good working order. There was plenty of room and storage space. Kettles are not routinely supplied in the rooms, however the information booklet informs that coffee making equipment - kettle, etc can be supplied via reception if required. The maid service was excellent with toilet rolls etc topped up accordingly. The food and wines were all delicious. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was always fresh with lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits at breakfast and the abundance of salads at lunch and dinner. I did love the chocolate cake that is served at breakfast and indulged in this on a couple of occasions. We loved the alfresco dining and the wonderful service from very hardworking staff who were so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team were a joy and did their best to involve guests in the daytime activities such as aqua dance which was joyful to watch. The young man who delivers this activity is so energetic and the ladies loved that! We didn't get involved as we were there to completely chill after a hectic few months but it was entertaining nonetheless. We very much enjoyed everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it!
