Family friendly hotel
We have stayed here for the week, our first family holiday abroad, the staff were always very friendly and welcoming and accommodating for our family. This made things easier for us! In particular, Muhammad in Med Mad restaurant, he was fantastic. He was very attentive and personable, there was a couple of mornings when it was very busy and not many staff working and you could see he was working very hard and was still very attentive to our table despite how busy it was. He made our visits to the restaurant very enjoyable.
Iset at bar was great
Premium bar was a nice touch, saved waiting in queue, Iset was great, made the best cocktails

A Wonderful Family Stay at Tivoli
Everything was wonderful during our week at Tivoli I spent a beautiful week here with my family and we truly enjoyed our stay The atmosphere was lovely and the overall experience was great The only small points for improvement are that the swimming pool water was a little cold and the buffet although good could benefit from more variety and some development One of the highlights of our stay was Abdullah who works at the Shore Bar He is always smiling incredibly talented and absolutely amazing with children His magic tricks truly amazed us and made our time even more special You can see how much passion effort and dedication he puts into his work He really made a difference in our holiday Overall we had a fantastic family holiday and created beautiful memories Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special We would love to come back again ❤️
2nd visit after last year
This was our 2nd time coming to tivoli. We stayed last October and loved it that much we cane back again. I have to be honest, there was differences from last year, that I didnt think was for the better. Also I thought that some areas of the hotel would have been updated or re-done but hadn't. Id hope that they would get done this winter. Dont get me wrong we still had an excellent holiday. Hotel, staff, food etc were all very good. Would I come back for a 3rd time....I dont know. If I knew the hotel had been worked on, I guess I would. If it hadn't been worked on then id probably try something else next year. But all I all still a good holiday was had by our family.
