Very good location, nice staff and always ready to help. Specially the animators are awesome, with activities in the afternoon and night!

Hotel alright stayed here for a week - tourist train right outside to get but expect bumpy ride - download Bolt and book taxi much cheaper. McDonald’s and kfc across road however Netkafe beside it is great . Never used indoor swimming pool. Outside pool good size - some staff excellent however there are some that need to smile more. Air conditioning in room good - avoid minibar in room jumped up prices. Breakfast ok but if looking for good bacon and sausages keep looking as not good - bar needs work as not utilzed due to having no atmosphere and entertainment needs revamp as people avoided the entertainment.

We spent 10 brilliant nights at this hotel and couldnt fault the place one bit, the rooms are great and even the rooms facing the road are quiet, not been on a holiday where you didnt need to reserve sunbeds as there was plenty to go round The pool bar is great and food was excellant Location is perfect for the old town
Will definitly return as albufeira is our fave place, all in all its worth 5 star review as had not faults at all

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, stayed on the 2nd floor with street view. Location is perfect, 2 minute walk away from a big shopping centre with everything you need, loads of fast food restaurants like McDonald’s right opposite, Pizza Hut Taco Bell etc. 10 mins walk to old town strip and beach. Very very lively and great atmosphere with loads of restaurants. 5 mins in uber to new town which was only €4. Easy to get a lounger down by the pool if you come before 9:30/10am. Loads of options for breakfast. Didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Also a pool bar which is quite pricey. Lovely big room with nice powerful shower with shampoo and soap available. Also hair dryer and safe and mini fridge in the room. No rails on the balcony which was annoying so had no where to hang wet towels and swim wear. The toilets ain’t that great, you have to flush twice sometimes 3 times for even tissue to disappear. I spent evenings out of the hotel so I cannot comment on the evening entertainment. Not much pool entertainment which was a little disappointing, no games and no background music. Over all I had a very lovely stay here and would recommend

Not great but lovely junior suite room
Got home yesterday from a week's stay at this hotel. For the price we paid, we were disappointed. Staff not very friendly, only speak to you if they have to. Pool bar staff also not great- service was incredibly slow, even though it wasnt busy. One young, female waitress spent the majority of her time on her mobile phone while we, and others, sat for ages waiting to be served. Staff look grumpy and fed up- apart from the cleaners who always had a smile and said hello to us. Nothing going on during the day from lunchtime onwards, not even any music by the pool, very boring. Breakfast was OK, but the cooking area is too small for the size of the hotel, staff cannot keep up so you end up queuing for ages for an omelette or pancake. Same with clearing tables, staff just cant keep up with the number of guests. Junior suite was wonderful- absolutely huge, very clean and very nice. Complimentary pool towels and safe was appreciated. The pool is very big, kept very clean and plenty of sun loungers. Steps to walk into the pool at both ends. The bar inside downstairs is very dark and not appealing at all. Overall, we were disappointed. We would not stay again and would not recommend it- mainly because all the staff (apart from the cleaners) are so miserable and unwelcoming.
