Staff was rather meh, went to the strip one night and we got badly harrased, our hotel card got stolen, security and front desk barely said anything while me and my friend we’re in a blown panick attack, the hotel has long confusing corridors and I was absolutely freaked out walking in there alone at night since there’s many blind corner, many loud drunk tourists so maybe not the best hotel for families when albufeira strip has its main party. On our balcony there was a dead wasps net and because of that there were ants eating the remains of it, hotel desk didn’t give a dam even though I had videos of ants crawling in our suitcase and around the room, they said for some reason they can’t remove it and barely spoke English, only went by pool once and it was miserable cold. We booked a taxi transfer to airport and when I asked the front desk about it he was rude and unhelpful because I didn’t have the receipt, he barely knew English I think, since it was a girls party trip I only used the room and no other amenities, the room was nice and modern and never felt to hot, wished bathroom had a proper door instead of a glass one. The ants were my biggest downside.
came for girls holiday in june, all the staff are so friendly and attentive, gave us advice on good places to go/trips to book etc. the room was so nice, cleaned when needed and the cleaners were lovely too. it’s about a 10 minute walk from the main bars and clubs which is perfect and overall was a great experience whilst being a good value for money :)
This hotel is clean and is nice, although I do not have anything good to say about the staff working here, they are very unfriendly and don’t make information clear leading to you paying extra charges for extremely silly things. Overall this hotel is overpriced and there is much better places to stay for less money!
We arrived to a warm welcome by the lovely Carolina at check in who was great. We had a freind who was turning up at a later date and everything went great the staff were fantastic and always looked happy to help. Hotel was amazing, extremley clean, up to date decor, beds were comfy and were was changed daily as were towels and rooms cleaned. Air con worked great. Didn't get chance to use any of the spa facilities although looked great and would use on a return trip. Highly recommend staying here couldn't pick a fault with the hotel. Had a fantastic stay and look forward to staying again.
The over all experience was okay except the £150 charge upon arival which we was not told prior about, and the staff at the snack bar. My friend is allergic to tomatoes it took them 5 times to get this sandwich right and when I approached them the 4th to show them the scraped off bits on tomato and bread and the staff roled their eyes at me, ruined a good experience at the hotel.
