I stayed at this hotel with my young teenage child and, while there were some positives, there were also several disappointments. The location is good with a lovely beach nearby and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance however close to The Strip which we avoider. The rooms were clean and the food was generally tasty, although the selection was quite limited. The drinks service at the bars was quick, and the security staff were attentive, even if they could sometimes be slow to respond. There are only two pools for a very large hotel, so it becomes extremely busy later in the day. You can usually get a sunbed if you’re there at 9am, but after that it becomes much more difficult. I was also surprised that there was no readily available drinking water at the main pool area for children unless you paid €2 per bottle. The bar staff were efficient but often seemed unhappy and unfriendly. The cocktail selection was very poor, and the cocktails themselves were not enjoyable. There was also no entertainment provided by the hotel that we found. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is heavily geared towards young adults and was full of guests aged around 18–25. There was loud partying late into the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Families looking for a relaxing holiday should be aware that this is definitely not a family-focused hotel. Another frustration was that the bar closes promptly at 10:30pm. After that, the only option is the nightclub, which played music with a lot of swearing and lyrics that I felt were inappropriate for younger guests. Finally, anyone with mobility issues may find this hotel challenging, as accessibility does not appear to be a priority. Overall, the hotel has an ok location, clean rooms, and decent food, but the atmosphere is much better suited to young adults looking for a party holiday than families seeking a relaxing break. If you do think about this hotel and want to get any sleep between 3am and 6am I wouldn’t come here.

Hotel is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. the rooms are tiny and just awful genuinely no words for it, they are defiantly not as described on the website when booking.

to get to your room need to walk across other people's balconies just to get to your room which ruins the whole aspect of PRIVACY. within the first 2 days we had 2 different people walk into our room as they had "mistaken" it for their own.

the lack of food choices in the main restaurant no choice whatsoever. There is one row of hot food and not a wide range of choice either. Breakfast was the bog standard sausages bacon etc. the restaurants you can book are okay only tried the Peri Peri, Grill house, Mexican and the Chinese. the Mexican and Chinese were good the Peri Peri restaurant just handed a plate of chicken between the table no choice in what you order whatsoever. the Grill House was horrible served raw chicken, the meat you did get you were lucky if there was actually any meat all just seemed like bones.

The Noise at night being unbearable due to the amount of people on a holiday with their friends, defiantly not a family hotel . we were woken up a total of 4 nights out of 7 at times from 2am to 5am. although making a noise complaint every night nothing was done to stop them and the noise continued.

perfect place to come if you are of the age 18-25 with your mates as there is no rules and no matter the amount of complaints you make nothing changes.

but if like a lot of residents staying in this hotel coming for a relaxing break avoid at all costs.
