Fantastic!!
Fantastic hotel. Book it. Great location. On the beach. Staff fantastic. Room had huge balcony. Breakfast excellent with so much choice. Can’t fault it and will definitely be back. Roof top bar is beautiful. Reception staff so friendly . Was really a lovely experience. Well done to the management team

Monicca Collections Suites Albufeira
Right on the beach, close to the strip and old town, as well as grocery stores. Hotel and rooms are nice, staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Gratis munchies and sweets and champagne upon arrival. Resort restaurants were good, though geared a bit towards UK and northern Europeans so the food was sometimes a wee less flavorful than I’m used too. That’s a bit of a me problem, though. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Sea biews from both sides of the unit. They took wonderful care of us and we would absolutely go back. Oh, the area is becoming quite the party spot for 20-30 somethings, so we did enjoy a bit of late night singing and silliness.

We had a wonderful stay at Monicca Collection Suites & Residences. The hotel is modern, spotless, and well maintained, with friendly and welcoming staff who were always happy to help.Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops while remaining peaceful and quiet.Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh, tasty options, and the facilities were excellent. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay.Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily recommend Monicca Collection Suites & Residences and would love to return in the future.

Please visit this place you won't be disappointed
First, I want to say that as someone whose travel to many countries im leaving this review having experienced customer service but nothing like my self and partner experience in here. We had the privilege to meet the manager ( Renato Pires ) by accident who made us feel welcome from the very get go. He told us the history behind how MGM was fist stabished which my self and partner found super interesting. Not to mentioned the add on that he gave us to make our time way more pleasant, exciting and memorable. He then introduced us to Sheila the receptionist who once again made us feel welcome and seen. She made sure we were taking care of but more amazing was the fact that she paid attention to detail. It was my wife's birthday and without asking her nor expecting anything she left us a bottle of champagne in the room with a lovely message which made my wife smile from ear to ear. I can say that we are 100000% coming back based on our experience here I leave Portugal with a smile and a positive view of this country because of the wonderful customer service we received.
