I’m sorry but these reviews are something else!! I’m currently here as we speak, sat eating dinner with my husband and 5 kids, oldest is 17 youngest is 2….we still have 3 days here and I could easily do more! The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful, pools are lovely, room is spacious and has everything we need, yes dated but definitely comfortable! Food isn’t that bad at all, we’ve all managed to eat every day without a problem, I was so nervous to come here after the reviews but I’m so glad I’m here, entertainment isn’t bad at all my kids love the mini disco! Would I come back to the hotel?? Absolutely I would, everything is on your doorstep, get an Uber or shuttle, can’t fault it, don’t understand what people are moaning about!! If I had to pick something it would be to just be mindful of the room deposit of £100 when budgeting! Apart from that I’m looking forward to my last 3 days here as a family in a lovely hotel!!

absolutely lovely hotel the staff are another level of kind and the atmosphere is amazing. food is always great as well as the location right near a beach and the pools are lovely. the rooms are always cleaned and had someone sort out issues if we came into any straight away amazing cleanliness. the noise level was never to much and is amazing value for what you pay

Awful place its lucky I even gave it 1 star. Our family holiday ruined, the hotel room was 2 single beds pushed together in both rooms which were very uncomfortable to say the least. The bathrooms were vile and didn't look like they had been cleaned in years. Staff couldn't understand much English let alone speak it and were very rude when approached. We had to wait half an hour to be shown our room. I would not recommend this to anyone avoid
Loved It here
We have just come home from a fabulous week here and wouldn't hesitate to go back! There are so many positives to this place and for 3 stars you can't fault it. Although slightly dated rooms , they are cleaned immaculately and each morning we saw staff cleaning the pool, reception areas, wiping chairs , mopping floors. There was always a really good choice of food. Breakfast was your standard cooked breakfast, fresh fruit,pancakes, nice coffee machine. We enjoyed lunch at the pool bar , ham and cheese toasties, crisps and the evening meal there was always something different to try fish, different red meats, chicken. Also plenty of choice for children. Lots of choice for all inclusive drinks . The staff were so friendly and kind. My daughter loved the evening entertainment, this finished around 10pm, but this was fine for us as we were knackered from having so much fun in the day! The location of this place is perfect. Right on the beach , easy to get an Uber or walk to the old town etc. You can't expect a 5 star hotel for 3 star money! Ignore the negative reviews , I felt everyone staying here were really enjoying themselves and it had a happy family vibe
