Fabulous gem of a hotel
What a fabulous hotel - believe the reviews. The staff are amazingly friendly and I don’t think I have ever stayed somewhere with so many! Pool is great (although my son didn’t like the no ball games rule!) and always plenty of sun-beds. Room was exactly as described and the deluxe one-bed had enough room for all three of us (two adults and a 15 yr old). Breakfast was a great selection every day - we did use the evening buffet a couple of times. Not my favourite- choice was there but I always find buffet food too cold and prefer to eat out. Plenty of places to eat nearby and beach was down the steps if you wanted an alternative day (be warned it was very hot at the beach, sand was quite stoney and waves were strong). Overall would not hesitate to recommend and would indeed go back - if I could, I would get a sea view as it is spectacular.

Another fabulous Holiday at 3HB falesia gardens
Arrived late due to flight, with a Warm welcome at reception and we had been upgraded to a sea view apartment which was just amazing! The view is just stunning. Staff were incredibly hardworking & helpful, rooms cleaned every day, food was lovely and plenty of choice. Could not fault a thing. We enjoyed walks to the beach via the steps and a stroll down to olhos de agua. We had great cocktails (mojitos) in the bar and enjoyed the evening entertainment. Thank you for having us back, the upgrade and another fantastic holiday! We will definitely return and recommend.

Absolutely incredible holiday! It was my partners and I’s first holiday and what an experience. Amazing atmosphere, incredibly friendly and kind staff. Outstanding food, lots of variety and great quality. Very clean rooms and facilities, live music at night. Lovely rooms, comfy beds. A bit over our budget but so worth it! Definitely will come back!
Brilliant hotel
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. One of the best hotels my partner and i have been to so far. Many activities near by, great beaches right next to the hotel and nice restaurants in a walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful, a big thankyou to dhan and michelle ( Lady from Moldova) who were kind and talkative. Rooms are kept clean and tidy everyday and great views from balcony. Live music at night is always nice and food is good at all restaurants. Never had to wait for a sun bed . Would highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice place
Arrived at reception earlier than supposed check in time and room was ready and found out we had been upgraded to a bigger newer apartment. The apartment was excellent and nearly as big as our bungalow back home. All in all a very good experience at check in. We were half board and I thought the food was good and although not as much choice as previous hotels we had stayed in there was enough choice for me. The wife who does not eat meat thought there should have been more fish on the menu. Never found a problem getting a sun lounger anytime. Bar service was excellent in the main bar with a large beer costing 5.50 euros. Every member of staff was very good, but a special mention to two bar staff in the bar who we had the most interaction with. A man called Dhan and a lady from Moldova who I think is called Mahlina. If the hotel management are reading this these two deserve a lot of credit. All in all a very good place foe a holiday.
