Nice hotel but rude staff
The hotel itself was generally nice, clean, and in a good location, which is why it’s so disappointing that our experience was completely overshadowed by the way we were treated by the staff.
We paid a €600 cash security deposit on arrival, only to have it taken the next day after being accused of making excessive noise. We were told the disturbance happened at 2am, but this simply wasn’t true—we had left our room at around 11pm and were not even there at that time. Despite explaining this, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to listen.
To make matters worse, our key cards were deactivated without warning, leaving us locked out of our room. When we went to reception, the staff were rude, belittling, and treated us as though we had done something wrong without giving us a fair chance to explain.
We also discovered that every other group we spoke to in the hotel had their deposit taken as well, which raises serious concerns about how these deposits are being handled. On top of the €600 cash deposit we’d already paid, we were even told we needed to pay an additional €300 cash, despite there being no clear justification.
It’s a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the customer service was by far the worst part of our stay. Being treated with disrespect, wrongly accused, and having such a large deposit withheld has left us with a very negative impression. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared for the possibility of unfair charges and extremely poor customer service.

Rude staff and management
My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional and unhelpful demeanor of both the staff and management. From check-in to check-out, interactions were met with indifference and a distinct lack of customer service. Requests were ignored, and concerns were dismissed without any attempt at resolution. The overall atmosphere created by the management's apparent disregard for guest experience made for a truly unpleasant stay. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a positive and welcoming environment

Worst experience ever
This was the worst stay I have ever endured, as someone who would travel often. Upon check in we were greeted by exceptionally rude receptionist who were so unhelpful. We had an early morning flight and could not check in until 4pm, however 4pm is not 4pm. When check in time arrived after a long day travelling we were informed cleaners have not yet even entered the room to clean it. It was half 5 before we got into our room and were met with a very out dated basic room, with a half broken balcony door, and a broken shower head. The water in the room wasn’t consistent for showering, it would be extremely cold one minute, and the next there would be boiling water. For the 5 nights, and 6 days we were there not once did we have a cleaner clean our room, they would enter to throw the duvet up on the bed and that would be it. We had to ask for our bins to be emptied, fresh towels, and even extra toilet paper. As none of these basic things were ever went near. Then onto the pool area, the pool was filled with a white foggy mist, which just came across extremely dirty, and as if it was never cleaned often. It was an extremely loud area and somewhere you could not go to relax, as you had many groups blaring speakers of their own music. The same would occur at night time, with loud banging of doors, people cheering and shouting on balcony’s, and just pure chaos, the hotel has no control at all. Next one of our keys broke within entering it into the door, which is a fee of €3 to buy a replacement, when going down to reception and trying to replace it, we were met with another rude receptionist who took 15 minutes to convince to give us another key to our room, disgraceful. Finally on to check out, you have to pay €100, per cash upon check in. Upon check out we went to receive our deposit back, and were met with an extremely rude receptionists, and even the manager accusing us of 3 glasses being missing from our room, and that this would cost a fee of €60. This was absolutely appalling, due to the fact everything we had in the room was left exactly the way we found it upon arrival. It took 20 minutes of rowing and the hotel staff belittling, a young group of girls, telling us we were lying and trying to take money off us for nothing, we finally secured our deposit back of €300. Ultimately this was such a bad experience, and all the hotel tried to do was take advantage of groups of young people, as they didn’t return many deposits over not holding onto receipts. The hotel staff were extremely rude, unhelpful and lazy and would not do anything to help, even if argued with. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you wanted to have a nice holiday, and enjoy yourself as you would not get this here !!! No way would I call this 4 star !

AVOID AVOID AVOID
especially if you are travelling with friends i would strongly avoid this hotel. the rooms are badly equipped with the most uncomfortable beds. I actually booked a bed and ended up with a couch? Horrible. Our crazy €300 deposit was then stolen from us because other groups in the hotel were loud at night. It’s a disgrace and staff are not helpful at all
