Disappointing stay — food quality, pool cleanliness, and Kids Club availability all fell short
Food: The quality was well below expectations. The ham appeared to be a starch-blended product rather than real ham, and the vegetables were not fresh. Desserts were clearly not made fresh in-house and tasted low quality.
Pool: The pool had fallen leaves in it and wasn’t kept clean. My daughter refused to go in the entire trip because of this.
Kids Club: This is the biggest issue. For children over 8, there is no Kids Club — they can only join organised activities. My son is 8, and on the one day we actually needed Kids Club care, we were told it was full and they couldn’t accommodate him. If you’re booking this hotel with a child around this age, be aware there’s a real chance you won’t be able to use the Kids Club when you need it.
Staff: Overall, staff did not seem particularly friendly — even a simple hello in passing often went unreturned.
Given all of this, I can’t recommend this hotel for families

Wonderful family break in August
Just returning from a week in Clube Humbria with a nearly four year old and a 10 year old. The hotel was fantastic and perfect for us. The pool area and splash park were perfect for both kids, the food was fantastic and the service was real high. Short walk into olhos de aqua if you want a wander out for a drink or some food.

Brilliant holiday from start to finish. Perfect for families. So much fun for the kids. Staff are incredible (shout out to our girl Regina on the entertainment staff 🫶🏼) Apartments are lovely & spacious & the site in general is immaculately clean. Good food choices as part of the all inclusive. Entertainment is non stop throughout the day & night. Surrounding area has everything you need, local shops & restaurants if you want to dine out, beach a few minutes walk away. Albufeira Old Town only $8 in an Uber and definitely worth visiting at any time of the day.

Great family holiday
We have just come back from a lovely family holiday. This is a very friendly and clean hotel with spacious comfortable apartments. We were in block B which was great for access to the pool bar and melody bar. The pool was a lovely fresh temperature which was just what you needed in the heat. It was annoying that inflatables were not allowed in the pool as this is something my children really enjoy on holiday. I do understand why they need to enforce this rule as the pool is not huge but maybe set aside one hour in the morning or afternoon when inflatables are permitted. The restaurant was fine. There was not as much choice as I’ve had in other hotels but there was enough choice and the food was good. I found the staff to be incredibly helpful on reception, and in particular, one lady who sorted out a visit to the local health centre for us when my son split his lip in the waterpark and then again for me when I had pains in my leg. She was great! Very helpful and followed up to see how we were doing. Sorry I didn’t catch your name. Please be aware that you need to book the activities such as giant chess, table tennis and football to avoid disappointment. The slots go quite early Good location with nearby restaurants, bars, gift shops and lovely beaches.

Summer holiday
We where on the all inclusive package which I don’t usually do but it was worth it, entertainment for the kids everyday and the two pools and play areas for the toddlers where excellent, my only gripe would be you have to ask for utensils for your room if you want them and if you want to iron clothes if you haven’t brought an iron you have to go to the laundry room in block H to iron, the glasses for the beers could have been bigger as well but I’d definitely come back as its spotless, overall very good holiday and the kids all under 5 loved it, we got a taxi a few times to Falesia beach but theres also Santa Eulalia and Oura beaches a taxi ride away if you want to go,all great beaches, Olhos D’Agua Beach is 5/10 minute walk but it’s a steep hill and beach is only small and packed but it’s a great place
