Loved This Hotel!
This is a fantastic hotel! A friend and I stayed in two different rooms, for a total of six nights, in between a visit to Gozo. Our first room was a double room and it had a lovely view of the sea; it was small but not cramped. When we returned for our final night, we were upgraded from the superior double room with a balcony that we had reserved to a large room with a sitting area, terrace with sea view and a jacuzzi, which was a lovely way to spend our last night in Malta. Both rooms had very nice toiletry amenities, fluffy bathrobes, and a shower with good water pressure even though we were on the 4th and 5th floors.
But even better than the rooms was the staff. Everyone at Palais Le Brun was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. They were very helpful in giving us directions to where we wanted to go, made sure I input the correct directions into the Bolt ride-share app we used to get around, gave excellent restaurant recommendations, patiently answered my many questions, and always had smiles on their faces. I want to give a shout-out to Liesl (I think that was her name but I'm not sure of the spelling) who was very helpful when I arrived before it was possible to actually check in and also, especially, to Ericka who was on duty in the afternoons and evenings and went out of her way to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay.
I also want to mention the delicious breakfasts the hotel puts on. There was a large selection of pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal and toppings, some hot dishes such as grilled mushrooms and I think sausages, and you could also order some hot dishes like pastizzi, other Maltese items, sweet French toast, an omelette, and porridge. Different fresh fruit juices were also available each day. Coffee and tea were served and the hot dishes that were ordered came quickly.
The rooftop pool was a great way to relax at the end of a hot day visiting tourist sites. The chaise lounges were comfortable and there was a bar there for people who wanted something to drink.
The Palais Le Brun is in an excellent location. It is only a few blocks from St. John's Co-Cathedral and the Grandmaster's Palace and, in the other direction, not far from the National Museum of Archaeology. It's also within walking distance of the Upper Barrakka Gardens. And a few blocks away, there are a few streets lined with lots of cafes where you can have a nice dinner.
If I ever go back to Malta, I will definitely stay at the Palais Le Brun!

A perfect place to stay in Valletta
A beautiful hotel in a great location just one block away from the centre of Valletta. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped and cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of both buffet options and cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we return to Valletta

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in a quiet yet central location
We stayed in a Superior Double with terrace and partial sea view which was beautifully decorated, good size, very comfortable bed and pillows. Marble floors throughout. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was very good with excellent menu choices. Nice roof top pool and deck with drinks/snacks available. Loved the location as nice and quiet with only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Sloping hill streets surrounded the hotel but not too difficult to walk. Just have to be careful when navigating slippery marble footpaths. Staff all very friendly and courteous. The only thing I would recommend the hotel considers to improve is to provide a larger mirror on the table for those using the hairdryer. Had a small round mirror only which made it a bit difficult to manage. 🙄 There is a long mirror in the room but no plug there for the hairdryer. Otherwise all was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay in a great location
We had a lovely four-night stay. The location was ideal for sightseeing, and it was nice and quiet at night. Our room was spacious, with a balcony, and the hot tub was an unexpected bonus! Breakfast was delicious, especially the porridge. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We would happily recommend this place.

One of the 3 best Boutique hotels I stayed in this time around.
Having initially booked an apatment we arrived only to find the facility filthy an having requested that it be cleaned thoroughly were simply greeted with a tirade of abuse which left us with no alternative but to walk the streets of Valletta looking for somewhere else to stay. Palais le Brun were able to offer us 2 nights (organised through one of their sister hotels) How lucky were we?!! Loved absolutely every minute of our stay. Now converted to boutique hotels. (Always stopped at big named hotels before) From the super staff to the accommodation itself and the hotel's position in the centre of Valletta we couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was so tasty and presented beautifully just wish I was still there now! The sister hotels were equally as superb. Breakfasts were identically presented in each venue and equally as tasty with a great choice. Views from the rooftop were oustanding too. What more could you want.
