Location 5* Hotel not 5*
The location of this hotel is spot on, 10 min walk from Valletta centre and right on the harbour, the views are amazing! We stayed 4 nights with breakfast, those saying this is not 5* are right. It’s quite dated and the rooms are very basic, all staff have been friendly, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Valletta is beautiful, I would return to this hotel purely for the location.

Very nice staff very clean just a 1 night stay after a cruise
6 day holiday (4 adults} and a disabled youth
Would have given 5 stars but for the payment mix up (for extras) when we were booking out. In my opinion lack of experienced staff. Hotel is good (Regal) but a bit tired. Staff were generally great, this hotel is in a a great position particularly for Valletta and the bus station (starting point for most of the Island). We will probably stay again in the future. We had a disabled youth with us and did not encounter any issues.

A beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel which was very comfortable and had everything you need in a room with all the little extra touches that made it special. Would definitely return
I night stay 5 star hotel
The stay was comfortable, the staff were very kind to us but only stayed for 1 night after the cruise so didn't get to experience what the hotel had to offer. The courtesy car was unexpected that took us into valetta. They didn't turn up at the pick up time so we had walk back down to the hotel.
Good luck in the refurbishment from February 2027 and looking forward to see what it is like when you reopen
