I expected better service.
The hotel seemed very small to me. The views were nice, but the cleanliness wasn't very good. The breakfast buffet was very poor. The staff who served us were friendly, but I feel that the reception staff could be more attentive and helpful. I didn't like that the bar didn't have any additional drinks, and the phone could only be used for WhatsApp, which I found unprofessional. The towels had a musty, dried-out smell. Overall, the cleanliness needs to focus on the details and on cleaning the glassware, ceilings, and windows more thoroughly. For the price, it needs a lot of improvement for a 4-star hotel. The spa didn't look like a spa at all; it had a lot of mold. The rooftop terrace was fine, except that the glasses were plastic.

An amazing location by the sea
Everything was perfect: the room by the sea, the excellent "Apulia" restaurant, the extraordinary pool overlooking Saint Pail's Bay and all the staff always helpful and smiling! See you again back soo.

This place is absolutely amazing. We booked a superior room with hot tub. And wow what a room it was. View was beautiful looking over the water and boats with such a peaceful and still atmosphere. We didnt hear any noise from other guests which made it perfect. Staff were very attentive and always on hand for any queries. Housekeeping was great, the rooms, hotel and amenities were always spotless. Rooftop infinity pool was out of this world & the underground cave pool is something really special. Bus stops and convenience stores right on the doorstep. Will be back 💯. No other hotel can compare to this place 😊

Excellent locación, with an incredible view of the bay, spacious rooms with special furniture. The pool in the roof is a must, restaurant and bar Lionel is excellent. People at the hotel were kind and warm.

We had an amazing experience here. Staff was so lovely. Room very clean and amazing food and views. All amenities were clean and very impressive. Will definitely be back
