Food - Different price List
Despite the hotel offering a restaurant menu and a separate bar menu, the cost THE SAME drink at Leo's bar (as opposed to Apulia) was more expensive. We ordered a cider and given an unopened can with a glass. It is also worth noting that all BAR food is prepared and delivered by the restaurant. (APULIA) I complained about the different price list for the same drink but did not receive a response. Being a local resident, I was not impressed with their handling of our complaint.

Luxury in Malta!
My husband and I stayed at Damare Resort and Spa for our honeymoon, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They kindly held our bags before check-in and encouraged us to enjoy the rooftop pool while we waited for our room. The same thoughtful service continued on our departure day, when they stored our luggage after checkout and welcomed us to continue enjoying the amenities until we left.
The amenities are incredible and so thoughtfully designed, from the rooftop infinity pool and indoor grotto pool to the in-room hot tub and beach access. Every detail made our stay feel special. The beds were also SO comfortable! We treated ourselves to in-room massages, and I can honestly say mine was one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life.
What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience.
For the quality of the experience and the price, Damare Resort and Spa is hard to beat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staff where amazing 🤩 great vibes
We loved this hotel, the staff where amazing. Food I can't fault. The breakfast was so good each morning. And yummy coffee. The hotel it's self was tidy and the staff made it. I would only have one suggestion this would be that it gets a deep clean. Over all it's clean but just perhaps I'm being picky.
Bedroom be hd a horrible inside which was amazing and would book this room again. The best where made each day and fresh towels. Full size hairdryer and attachment for curls. Mini fridge and full body wash Conditioner. It gives off a chill melo vibe. You need taxis everywhere but if there 10euro we didn't mind 😂.
Over all I think 5/5 is well deserved for this hotel.

My fiancée, Betty, and I recently stayed at Damare Resort & Spa in Malta, and our experience was truly unforgettable. This is a completely genuine review, not a collaboration or sponsored post. We simply want to recognise a team that made one of the most important moments of our lives even more special.
Exceptional service from beginning to end
What impressed us most was not just the hotel, but the people behind it. From reception and housekeeping to the breakfast team, we experienced genuine kindness, professionalism and outstanding hospitality.
The WhatsApp service deserves special recognition. Communication was incredibly smooth, responses were quick, and we always felt that someone was available to help. We never had to worry about whether our questions would be answered or our requests taken care of. The team also shared thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, cafés and places to visit, helping us make the most of our time in Malta.

When I first called the hotel from Sweden to explain that I was planning a surprise proposal, Maria answered my call and helped set everything in motion.
What genuinely amazed me was how seamlessly everything was passed from one team member to another. It was like a relay race, with each person picking up exactly where the previous one left off. There was a clear red thread throughout the entire process. I never had to repeat myself or worry that important details would be forgotten. The teamwork and organisation were genuinely impressive.
Karen and Paulina carried that same care and dedication forward. They helped coordinate the room decorations and drinks, gave me thoughtful advice, recommended places for us to visit while the surprise was being prepared, and even offered to record the proposal.
I was nervous because I wanted everything to be perfect for Betty. What touched me most was that their support felt personal and genuine. They did not simply do their jobs; they put their hearts into helping us create a memory we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
Walking into our beautifully decorated suite and proposing to Betty was a moment I will never forget. We arrived in Malta as a couple and left as an engaged couple. ❤️

Birthday trip
The location was very good we could easily get around with taxis and buses etc, the room itself was so spacious, amazing no faults bed was very comfy and lovely view of the sea. We would definitely recommend also the staff were so friendly and accommodating which made our experience even more enjoyable
