Fabulous stay at the Hilton St Julian’s we hope to return.
We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Malta and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
The hotel is impressive, with excellent facilities for both holidaymakers and business travellers thanks to its adjoining conference centre. We were initially a little concerned when a large conference started towards the end of our stay, expecting the hotel to feel crowded. In reality, it had the opposite effect! While delegates were busy in meetings, the pool areas were wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax. With several pools to choose from, including one by the sea, there was always somewhere to unwind.
Our marina-view room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. One of our favourite things was sitting on the balcony watching the boats and people coming and going – it was such a relaxing way to spend time.
We also had access to the Executive Lounge, which was a lovely addition to our stay. It provided a comfortable place to relax away from the busier areas of the hotel, with drinks and refreshments available throughout the day. It could get quite busy during peak times, but it was still a great space. A special mention has to go to Amie, who was always so warm, welcoming and attentive. Her friendly manner really made us feel valued and added a personal touch to our holiday.
Although we mainly explored the excellent local restaurants, we did enjoy pizza from the Lobby Lounge on the terrace one evening, which was delicious. We also had drinks in the stylish Quarterdeck Bar, which has a beautiful atmosphere and almost feels like being aboard a luxury cruise ship. Breakfast every morning was excellent with a wide variety in the buffet to choose from you could also order additional things like poached eggs with the waiters.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The doormen always greeted us with a smile, the concierge couldn’t have been more helpful, and having taxis readily available outside the hotel made getting around effortless.
The hotel is just a short walk from the heart of St Julian’s. There is quite a lot of construction taking place in the town at the moment, but it didn’t spoil our holiday. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the marina opposite the hotel also offers a great selection of places to eat and drink.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a superb location with outstanding staff and excellent facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning.

From check-in to check-out, my husband and I have had a wonderful experience at Hilton, Malta and we would like to highlight two members of staff who made our stay very special.
On check-in, we met the wonderful Anastasia - she was warm, welcoming and very helpful. She provided us with great guidance and made our first experience at the hotel very special. Each time we saw her at the Executive Lounge she was friendly and always asked us how we were doing. She is a great ambassador for the Hilton and we will definitely be back.
During our stay, we met the delightful Christina who was engaging, friendly and helpful. She was also asked us how we were doing and with our special dietary requirements, ensured that food was available for us to eat. We had some great conversations and she provided us with helpful information on Malta.

Exceptional service at Hilton Malta made our stay unforgettable
We cannot rate Hilton Malta highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the professionalism, expertise and genuine kindness of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The hotel itself is outstanding; exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained and in a superb location. The facilities are second to none, with four outdoor pools, an excellent indoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, an ice plunge pool, a squash court, and an outdoor tennis court. There is something for everyone, whether you want to relax, stay active or simply enjoy the surroundings.
Breakfast was a highlight, with an incredible array of choices that truly catered for every taste. The variety and quality of the food left us completely spoiled for choice each morning. A special mention must go to Head Concierge Mark, who is an absolute asset to Hilton Malta. We had several requests before our arrival due to unforeseen personal circumstances, and Mark could not have been more helpful. His professionalism, compassion and willingness to find solutions made a significant difference and helped make our stay possible.
We would also like to thank Roshan from Concierge, who was incredibly helpful upon our arrival. Due to last-minute mobility considerations, we had additional needs regarding our room, and Roshan went out of his way to ensure everything was arranged perfectly.
The attention to detail, exceptional service and genuine care shown by the team made this a truly memorable stay. Hilton Malta is a first-class hotel with a first-class team. We would return without hesitation.

We were at the oceana and it was really great experience. Sunil from the Oceana restaurant did very nice service for us and always took care of us. We will definitely come for this experience again.
Hilton Malta - Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Malta and wouldn't hesitate to return. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional and made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location. There are plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants right on the doorstep, making it easy to explore the local area. We enjoyed walking to Sliema, and from there it was simple to catch the ferry to Valletta for a day of sightseeing. The Executive Lounge was an excellent place to relax, with a great selection of food and drinks, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Christina, who always greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to have a chat. She is a real credit to the Hilton team and helped make every visit to the lounge a pleasure. We would also like to recognise Lidia, who looked after our room each day. Although we never had the opportunity to meet her in person, it was a pleasure returning after long days exploring Malta to find our room cleaned to such a high standard. Her care and attention to detail were very much appreciated. While we've mentioned Christina and Lidia by name, we feel it's important to say that every member of the Hilton Malta team we met was courteous, professional, and a credit to the hotel. Thank you all for a fantastic stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
