The Local Area
This hotel is located just over 200 yards from Spinola Bay, in the heart of St Julian's, and no less than 400 yards from Paceville. The hotel is right on the water's edge and has its own private lido with a large outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and a sundeck with solarium containing a second pool, enclosed and heated in the winter and open during the summer.

Lovely location
Had a lovely week at this hotel, the location was great for what we wanted, sun bathing and then being able to cool down in the Med in about 5 steps. The hotel is close to town but far enough to be away from the strip if that's not your thing We stayed Half Board and enjoyed the food, breakfast was good and the evening buffet had nice variety. The crucial question is would I stay here again and the answer is a definite Yes 👍

It was great
We had a great time. With the Mediterranean Sea outside the door and the sundeck with the pools, is this a great place to relax. The staff is nice and they are always there at your service. The bathrooms is a bit small and the air conditioning is turning off by it self. The beds is a bit hard for our liking. It was our second time staying at this hotell, and it will not be our last.

Top hotel
It was another wonderful experience: a warm welcome upon arrival, very friendly reception staff, and a beautifully clean room—nothing was missing. The pool looked clean and fresh. The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful; the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was neatly presented. Checking out was easy, and the receptionist was very friendly. All in all, another fantastic holiday.

Not Quite the Standard
Pros: ✅ good located ✅ easy enough to get around with this as your hub ✅ nice breakfast
Cons: ❌ no hot water for 3 days ❌ 3 lifts and only 2 working, last broke the day we left so there were queues to use them ❌balcony incredibly hard to open and shut ❌aircon was really weak ❌what looked like a blood splatter on our wall
Overall, not quite the standard we feel we paid for but Malta itself is beautiful and we had a great time
