Perfect Hotel
Fantastic hotel, which couldn’t be faulted. The location is perfect, right opposite the various ferries to Valletta, Gozo etc We had a great balcony view which was great to people and boat watch. The breakfast was lovely, food could have been a tad hotter and the plates heated but otherwise superb. The swimming pool was lovely as was the Living Room ( free coffee, alcoholic drinks, snacks etc). All of the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was spot on with a comfortable bed etc. I would return in a heartbeat.

Great location but minor issues with room
Lovely modern hotel in a good location. Only 4 mins walk to the Ferry terminus, where you can get to Valletta in approx 10 mins and Gozo in just over an hour. The hotel is within walking distance to many bars and restaurants and our room had stunning views across the water to Valletta.
Slight issues, no drawer space for smaller items. The pictures of our room online, which was a distinct room, made it and the balcony look way bigger than it actually was. The hotel also provide water bottles for you to refill from water stations located on the 4th, 6th and 8th floors. However, they are reuseabke and there was no hygiene seal so we were not convinced that they had been properly cleaned after use by the previous occupants.
Other than that we had a lovely stay, lovely staff, fab restaurant and bar and a good variety at breakfast. Would highly recommend.

A very good hotel with almost everything close... Wellbee's supermarket at 500mtrs..shoppingmall at 400mtrs hop on hop of bus 200mtrs. Gondola's or Ferry to Valetta 220mtrs.. nice service and good breakfast..friendly staff. Every morning fresh towels. Our room was very good isolated(10th floor). Good working A/C.

Great Location, Hotel is so-so.
Lovely location, near lots of good restaurants and ferries are right across the street. Hotel itself was clean but staff and food was lacking. Upon entering a staff member was very rude to our group and complained she was alone. The Manager spoke so quickly you had no idea what he said. The only great staff member was Luciana who was great with people and really tried to please everyone. The breakfast to me was awful. Very limited menu and most of the items I didn’t like. Again, the cooking staff was arguing and one of the employees was replenishing the croissants without gloves on. Dinner food was no better. The only person who was great in the dining room was the woman behind the counter in the front that took your egg order. She was great. Although the location was great, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Terrible customer service
I called the hotel to ask a few questions before booking rooms for two couples and four children. I wanted to clarify the room arrangements, children’s sleeping options, breakfast, airport transfers and the total cost.
The person who answered, Antony (Anthonio), was unable to answer my questions and repeatedly directed me to the website instead. I also found his manner rude during the conversation. I understand that some details may need to be checked, but I would have expected a more helpful and courteous response, or an offer to find out the information and get back to me.
For a hotel presenting itself as a luxury property, this did not meet my expectations for customer service. The experience left me unsure about booking a stay for my family.
