A very busy hotel, we couldnt have our room til exactly 3pm, but they did give us a wristband and allow us to use the facilities. The room was clean and comfy, and the balcony faced inwards, but was very quiet at night. The pool areas were clean, always managed to get sunbeds but certain guests have their own speakers playing their own music for everyone to hear, even though the hotel says its a no no, on top of the hotel music. The bars can have queues at them quite regularly, whilst one of the barman does cocktails and the other 2 decide to have a tidy up, between 5 and 10 minutes was the average wait, and even then people tried to push to the front, with the staff serving them and asking them to join the queue next time. The beer was fine, cocktails not bad. The restaurant was busy, but always spare tables and food was good and plentiful, and the staff were always busy. Its a big hotel, very busy, at times the lifts can have a wait. The 3 specialist restaurant were good. Overall, a nice hotel spoiled by certain guests.

So far absolutely unreal! Rooms are perfect, food is great and the staff are lovely & friendly & welcoming. John made sure we was looked after and happy. Most staff went above and beyond. Gym lovely and clean, pools are stunning, rooftop amazing. Plenty of room in the hotel. Apart from the surrounding areas not giving much shops to offer. But big up John, staff & qawara X
Great find right on the seafront, close to a bus stop.
Fantastic location. Great vibe, staff are really friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. Food is varied, tasty and nutritious, especially the breakfast. Loved the spa and the entertainment in the evening.

Amazing Hotel with Excellent Service!
What a fantastic hotel! During our stay, we were very well looked after by all the lovely and friendly staff. A special thanks to Jurre at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Booking a taxi at the reception was also super easy. The staff arranged everything for us, and we could conveniently pay for the taxi directly at the reception.
We also spent a lovely evening exploring the beautiful city of Valletta, which was definitely worth a visit.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta!
Great location, helpful staff and comfortable rooms
This hotel has it all! It's on the seafront, close to the bus terminal (taking you all over the island), good food, great entertainment and big, clean rooms.
Our room was on the 9th floor, it was modern, comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable and changed regularly.
The hotel is big and busy, even in October. However, it has a friendly atmosphere and the staff are helpful and extremely hardworking.
There are 2 pools. One right on the seafront and a rooftop pool. Both have different vibes but both have bars and are clean with comfortable loungers. We never had a problem finding a lounger in the morning.
The location is great. Close to bars, restaurants and bus stops. The red tour bus stops right outside too!
