Good but could have been better
We loved our time at The Village Boutique - we have 2 minor issues. One being administration, you complete you check in online apparently to save time your told when you arrive however you then had to go through this process again. The lunch order we placed upon our arrival didn’t make it to the kitchen so we had to chase and it had to be processed again despite the payment being processed . I booked a spa treatment and when I arrived at my allotted time they didn’t appear to have my booking. They asked if I wanted to return at a later time! I declined and they fitted me in. The treatment was superb. We ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was good but despite not being that busy took too long to arrive. Despite these niggles we would recommend.

Nice could do better
Location and hotel was very pleasant and good. Our room was small with a huge double bed tasteful decorated and clean ( room cleaned every day ). Large glass door to the bathroom with privacy glass, this door did not lock. Large gap around the door so you could hear every sound when someone using the bathroom.
Not recommended for people that struggle with walking as the wonderful village of Naxxar a long up hill walk. If you didn’t want the full breakfast at €23 pp you could not order anything , so had to walk to the village to get breakfast and eat it in your room. Very small outside pool. Inside pool and spa very nice although the jacuzzi was out of action the week we were there.
Great staff, good food. Would stay again in a different room. Shame about breakfast if some one diabetic.
Lovely hotel in wonderful location
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel We loved everything about it - we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and arrived to find our room had been decorated for us It’s in a good location in lovely village of naxxar with easy access to Valletta and the rest of the island Room was cleaned daily and restaurant was very good All staff friendly and helpful
Highly recommended
We loved staying in this neighborhood. The hotel was a quick walk to the town square. It was very easy to take a Bolt anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely balcony views and a good breakfast. If you want to stay away from the crowds this is the perfect place. The restaurant and bar were also very good.
Oasis in authentic locality
Lovely hotel in idyllic setting in quiet local area of Naxxar. Staff very friendly. Food was some of the best we ate in locality. Lovely pool and gardens and room appointment and servicing very good.
