A wonderful stay.
We stayed here for 10 days in October, would highly recommend. Gorgeous hotel, excellent facilities and in a great location. A great atmosphere around the hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive, in particular, Dawa. The whole hotel was spotless. The room was spacious, we had a baby with us, and the hotel provided a lovely cot. The noise level was perfect, in the room at night we never had any issues. Excellent value for money. We had breakfast included, plenty of options available, however, some areas in the breakfast could do with a little improvement. Food elsewhere in the hotel, was stunning. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Really nice and clean hotel
We really enjoyed our one-week stay with my parents. The hotel is huge, but very well-maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. We also really appreciated the lovely staff, especially Dominika at the reception and Dawa as our waiter—they always had a kind smile for us and provided exceptional service.
On the other hand, we absolutely did not appreciate the staff in charge of the rooftop bar and pool. They had neither a smile nor any effort to serve a guest who had been waiting without a drink for over 30 minutes.
Other than that, though, we have nothing to complain about and would happily recommend this place.

Amazing hotel and service!
I came with my mom for a 5 day trip to Malta and we had an incredible stay here. The hotel is fabulous, and the views are amazing. We received great service, specially by Zahid at reception. Thank you! We will be back!
Nice location, friendly staff, but disappointing room facilities...
The best part of the hotel stay was the location of it in the centre of Mellieha & the friendly & helpful staff on Reception. However, the rooms had some serious issues: The pillows were very lumpy & hard ( we did ask for softer ones, & they were softer but still lumpy!) The Tea & Coffee area was dangerous, I would never expect a kettle to be wired into an unlit cupboard! as the cups were black, it was impossible to see the level of boiling water being poured in to them in an unlit cupboard! The pool depth notifications were incorrect & a potential drowning hazard as labelling 0.60m when it was 1.60m is dangerous!! No remote control for AC, fan extremely noisy! No shelf in wardrobes, apart from one so high up it was impossible to use! Clothes had to remain in the suitcase. only 1 two pin socket on 1 side of bed. no pull out washing airer on balcony, like other hotels I've stayed at, the towels kept blowing off the railings/ chairs. No bathroom shelf. No mirror over dressing table, the most sensible place! Hook on the back of bathroom door was so high, it was impossible to reach unlett you were over 6' tall, I am 5'2" No shelf in shower for shampoo etc, we had to place our bottles & washing sponges on the floor. The negative issues were regarding the room which can & should be improved.
I would like to thank Muzamil & Sarswati for their excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they hopefully get recognised for their skills & friendly personas.
