Disappointing room
First impression of the hotel upon entering into the elegant reception area was great but sadly this was diminished. We arrived at 2:30 and was told our room wasn’t ready and that the luggage room was full so couldn’t leave our luggage to go explore whilst we waited for our room to be ready. Unfortunately, our room is very disappointing. The room has damp walls and a persistent fusty smell, which makes it feel unpleasant and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the view is terrible, despite paying extra for a land view. The room does not meet our expectations, and the overall condition is far below what we would consider acceptable for a hotel stay. Along with the fusty room, our room is located just behind reception and the early morning wake up of staff teetering about with heels, keys jangling and doors slamming wasn’t appreciated. For the price paid, we expected a clean, fresh, and comfortable room offering a relaxing stay. Sadly, this is not the case. Despite the disappointment with the room, the cave bar area is lovely and offers a tranquil escape. We hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the condition of its rooms for future guests.

Ranjith, belal, dinesh 11/10 experience perfect customer service nothing more your could ask from staff members, beautiful place and serving generous amounts of alcohol and caring people, very polite, 100% recommend, blankets and pillows provides as it gets colder, very welcoming, very kind accommodation, made the experience better, beautiful views by the pool and cave bar
Relaxation guaranteed 🫠
Fantastic hotel looking onto the spectacular Melllieha parish church and with views of Comino and Gozo. The hotel was a three minute walk from a major bus stop which allowed us to head out and explore the island easily. The hotel is brimming with helpful and attentive staff from catering staff at breakfast in the morning to the fine service offered in the cave bar after the sun has set. Rooms were excellently serviced and had an access to a private balcony over looking one of the hotels 3 pools. If you get a chance take a treatment in the hotel Spa. Lucas and Manyaola provided a fantastic couple massage experience. Thank you and all the team for a truly relaxing break.
Fantastic stay for my daughters 18th birthday
This holiday was just the 2 of us we had a fantastic time here. It was a relaxed vibe the staff were amazing especially the boys from the cave bar and the reception. The pool was cold , however it was mid October, didn't stop us going in. The weather was lovely usually mid twenties and sunny with some cloud. Similar to a British summer. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with a view of the church. We only had breakfast in the hotel restaurant so can't really comment on the food. The breakfast was very nice though. Overall we had a lovely relaxing break, met some wonderful people and would definitely return.

Cave bar worth a visit
The cave bar experience and service was brilliant, Ranjith was very friendly and great at what he does!
