Hotel fine for a 4* decor nice, neutral and very clean. Rooms large and modern. First room we were allocated was a disabled adapted room which we did not book nor require. The balcony was tiny and overlooked floor tiles near pool. Spoke with guest relations, Michael and we upgraded to a superior sea view room at an additional cost of 140 euros which was much better. Food hot and enough choice for us. Themed food nights each evening. Drinks choice good on all inclusive i can recommend the frozen mango daquiri and sex on the beach. Prosecco ok too but lager not very nice. Entertainment good, singers, dancers, organist etc and also quizzes, and dj. Music bingo was great fun everyone sang along. Water gym good didnt use spa, sauna etc but it looked very nice. Didnt join indaily activities but always plenty of guests who did. Water aerocics and stretching very good the instructor was good and friebdly and he really seems to love his job. Room kept clean every day bg staff. Pools not massive but big enough, never overfull even though it was uncomfortably hot. No problem getting a sunbed every day. Regular buses from top of road which are reliable and cheap. 2.50 euros to Valetta it takes about an hour. Would recommend a trip to Valetta. Buses from here to all parts of the island we went to Mdina and Valetta on public buses. Great holiday but sadly nothing outside of hotel in walking distance. Very close to marina for boat trips and ferries to Gozo which is handy. All in all, nice hotel if you like to be away from hustle and bustle of a busy centre.
Location is remote Atmosphere is good Rooms are clean Staff are very slow with drink orders and clearing stuff from you table Food is ok
Pros: you have the boat harbour nearby and the staff seem friendly .
Negatives: Pool is of poor quality one was shut the other open however the floor lino was noticeably coming away to the point if you walked across it was like walking on a bouncy castle. The pool bars drinks were horribly warm where the juice was kept out all day .the sun-beds all need an upgrade ,they were not comfortable and had changed colour from blue to black.the entertainment I saw was dated at best. We ate at the all inclusive restaurant for every meal I ended up sick the last day which I’m sure was due to the food . Shower needs an update.
It was a lovely hotel, glad it’s adults only. The hotel staff were all really friendly and nice to talk to them and they are to help with any problems, entertainment was excellent day and night. The cleaning staff were nice to, food was good,
We had a great time! The hotel is in a beautiful location with wonderful views. The area is peaceful and easy to travel from, boats to Comino and Gozo stop right by the hotel, there are buses nearbyand taxis. The hotel is clean and tidy and the cleaning staff do a great job. Our room was great, we had a pool and sea view, the perfect view to wake up to every morning. The food was fantastic, there was a lot of choice and great variety with themed nights, such as Italian, Maltese and Lebanese nights. The service was good and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The pools are great, very relaxing and clean, there are also pool activities that take place. The all inclusive drinks are extensive and are branded. The entertainment is very enjoyable and in the evenings there is a great variety such as; live music, music bingo, a quiz, karaoke, a DJ and others. We loved our stay here and we would love to return. We recommend this hotel.
