Nice experience
Loved the location, very kind and helpful staff. The rooms needs urgently a renovation! I but it was very clean. The food was really good, a lot of variety and different themes of buffets ! You have the choice between other restaurants as well . The atmosphere was nice with ambience music every night not too loud and not too long either .
Radisson Blu Golden Sands
Henri is the most incredible consierge at this hotel. He truly made you feel like a member of family. The hotel is beautiful, full of amenities. We have now stayed here for two summers in a row and have fallen in love with it over an over. And I have to say Henri has made it ti best place ever. He is a true gem!!
Ok hotel - kids likes the animation team. Would avoid during peak times in July and August
Arrived first week of July for 5 days. Got a suite, which backed onto the campsite but also had a wrap around balcony that provided sea views. Rooms was fine, large enough with furniture dated but ok. Didnt like being woken-up at 6:45am by the scout trumpet every morning. Breakfast was acceptable but main course in evening was poor across all the resturants. As the location is remote, you somewhat trapped unless you pay a 10 Euro taxi. The deli/ supermarket is a co, basically charging 400% mark-up on common items. First few days I was able to get a sun lounger at anytime, but by 13th July pool/ beach was very busy. The private beach is not great, the seafront is covered in rocks and dried see-weed meaning kids had to use the very busy public beach. The annimation team was very good, my son Lucas got on really well with Jamiee and Sophia. Overall, the hotel wasnt for us.

Golden sands was superb
Great hotel, staff were very attentive special mention to Jason at the pool blueberry bar and evening bar, he was polite, friendly and very efficient. We also loved the Medaisa restaurant ate there 4 times, the sushi was amazing! Beautiful sunsets and overall a wonderfully relaxing hotel.
Malta Golden Sands stay
We had a great time at the Golden Sands in Malta, the adults only pool was great for families with adult kids to enjoy reading your books by the pool without disruptions. Great sushi restaurant Medasia, we also really enjoyed the breakfast and great service, epically the blueberry bar at the adult pool served by Jason, who was very accommodating and friendly to us every day. Having great staff such as Jason makes a huge difference to the stay at a great hotel, will definitely be back next year :) highly recommend.
