Budget hotel but perfectly adequate
This little hotel very good value for money, a spit from the front and near all bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful especially Marina, I had to move rooms as WiFi in upper rooms poor, but no problem on 2nd floor. Breakfast room very small but adequate more of a European breakfast selection than a Uk but good. Tiny pool was enough to cool down with spectacular views, roof terrace for sunbathing was ok too. My room had Awful view of roofs but as I didn’t use balcony didn’t matter. Doors to room have a noisy closure to them. The lift closed on my arm so be careful, my only criticism is that cleaning staff shouldn’t leave bags of washing in the lifts unattended. This is a budget hotel but clean, friendly staff and perfectly located.

The food was absolutely perfect, but what made our experience truly unforgettable was Maria. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel at home, and she went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Good Location
Excellent location right on Buggiba Square, close to Ocean and close to Public Transport Stops. The rooms are spacious and well planned nice color combinations have been used by the Architect. The buffet breakfast was reasonably good but bit late at 8.00 am. The staff are all helpful and ever smiling. The eating places and bars are close by. The hotel is quite cozy and modern and above all it had ocean view. There is small pool on roof top. It is value for money

Wonderful stay don't believe the poor reviews
After reading the poor reveiws I was apprehensive about visiting The Relax Inn BUT I shouldn't have been as we had a great stay. Friendly reception staff and the cleaners were exceptional every day. Large room with comfy beds. A minute from Bugibba Square and bars,sea front etc. Breakfast was basic but nice and we managed to chat to a very interesting Irish man who was staying there ,a defrocked Priest from Sligo , who was on the run from the authorities and he knew lots about places to visit in Malta. Lovely stay and we will be back again.

Worst hotel experience ever
The worst experience ever had in a hotel!
A/C was not working, the rooms are different from the pictures and the staff where not willing to help us! If you want to come to Malta, I would advise to check an other hotel
