The resort offers cosy suites, double, triple and family rooms. The delightfully decorated guestrooms feature soothing tones and modern furniture evoking a homely atmosphere. The resort features a stylish restaurant serving delicious dishes and 2 bars for guests' added convenience. The youngest ones will enjoy plays at the children's area and a paddling pool. Patrons who wish to keep in fit may invigorate at the outdoor gym while those who seek total relaxation will delight in a sparkling pool or relax in lavish hotel garden.

Good hotel
Booked 2 weeks in late August via Jet2. Arrived at the hotel and checked in by the owner Ilias and a receptionist. Good and informative check in. First thing that struck me about the hotel is that it was spotlessly clean. Had a Junior Suute with Jacuzzi bath room 403. Nice room, comfy bed, good facilities and a decent balcony facing the hills. Special mention to the cleaner on the 4th floor who was excellent. Breakfasts are good, I really don't get what some reviewers are complaining about. Pool and surrounding area clean although the pool loos do let the place down a bit. Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent but was left a bit wanting in the public areas, however it was belting hot when we were there, 39 degrees one day. Local mini mart 200 metres down the road is handy and there's a larger Spar about 1 mile up the road. The good beach is about 20 minutes hike from the hotel. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance, our favourite was The Olive Tree near the Spar. Ricky and his staff there are brilliant. Also recommended Archontrikon garden restaurant if only for the mini fireworks party bit between 22:15 & 22:30 on Thursday night. Overall a nice holiday, decent hotel and I certainly would recommended a stay at this hotel. Thank you Ilias and all at The Park Hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another wonderful stay at the Park Hotel and Spa
We have now visited the Park Hotel & Spa in Tsilivi seven times, which really says everything about how much we love this hotel. Every visit has been special, and it genuinely feels like coming home.
This time was particularly meaningful as our son and his new fiancée recently stayed at the hotel after getting engaged. When the manager found out about their engagement, they very kindly upgraded their room and went above and beyond to make their stay extra special. ❤️
The care and thoughtfulness shown to them meant so much to us as a family. It was such a lovely gesture and made an already very special occasion even more memorable.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff are always welcoming and attentive, and the whole atmosphere makes you want to return time and time again. After seven visits, we can honestly say we wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Tsilivi.
A huge thank you to the manager and the entire team for looking after our family so wonderfully. We can’t recommend the Park Hotel & Spa highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit! ❤️🇬🇷

Fabulous Adult Only Hotel with Excellent Service and Staff
Booked through Jet2 Holidays for a cheeky week away. We have not been to Zante for 8 years, but having done the B+B route in June to Kefalonia, we decided to try the same type holiday Tsivili. Park Hotel + Spa had fantastic reviews, adult only and with minutes of tons of highly rated restaurants in the village. Check in was seamless and we welcomed by the owner Ilias. Please note that tourists tax is 10 euros a night and not as some idiot claimed Jet2 had informed them 3 euros a night. Room 225 is at the far end of the garden overlooking the pool area. Room is spacious, modern and well maintained. A lot of the reviews are critical of the breakfast, but to be fair, I can safely say, as a fussy, non breakfast person, there was loads of choice and the breakfast area was lovely open and modern. Pool areas were clean and there were plenty of beds around the pool and the garden area. Were much provided the garden area as it was less cramped than the sunbeds around both pools. Food and drink were not exorbitant around the pool area. Food choice and quality were amazing, large beer was cheaper than many of the drinking places and bars in the main resort and essentially refreshing during the amazing heat of the day. Special mention as always to the staff of the resort. Ilias has assembled a wonderful team. Big shout out to Paulie, Debbie and Alex who worked tirelessly during the heat to keep us fed and refreshed. As mentioned before there are many restaurants in the main village. We dined in 5 restaurants and were blown away with the. Quality, quantity and choice of the food avaialble. Estia, Valentina’s Castle, Archontikon, Calypso and Majestic are highly recommended. We look forward to returning, for a great value break in an exceptional hotel. Epharisto my friends!!!

Amazing holiday!
Just got back yesterday from a weeks stay at this amazing place. Greeted by the owner at reception along with a dark haired lady. They were both lovely - the owner took his time to explain everything to us and even have a laugh with us and our 2 sons. Working in customer service myself I was really ecstatic that this was our first impression! Throughout our week we found all staff friendly and professional - from bar/restaurant staff to the housekeeping and reception staff! They were all huge assets to the hotel. Food and drinks lovely - really great menu choices (huge portions also) as well as drinks and cocktails ( we did try a few!). Breakfast was brilliant - so much choice and all fresh. Pool areas great and very clean (as was the whole hotel). We never had an issue getting sunbeds which made it a much more relaxing holiday for us. The hotel was the perfect location for us as it was 5/10 minute walk away from the busier resort so it was in a quieter area which we prefer. We enjoyed our walk in and back every night to the many bars and restaurants. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!! We would 100% return to this fabulous hotel! We had such an amazing holiday there!

Park hotel
Lovely hotel. Great staff, boss was great giving us a free upgrade. Really clean, food great. Only issue fornus was location, a little far out but it was manageable. Staff so nice. Pool great. Loads of sunbeds. Staff helpful and really enjoyed it. Thank you
