Just waiting to leave The most beautiful wonderful place The staff unbelievable George made our holiday such a wonderful man we love your company The food amazing our pool suite stunning Jyst lots of peace Thank you so much we loved it Dawn and Dave room 608
We have just returned from a week’s stay at this amazing hotel. We had two rooms – one with a private pool and one with seaview (private pool also had sea view). There was my husband and myself and then my daughter and a friend. We had an amazing time.
Staff All staff are so friendly and helpful. Everyone was amazing. Special thanks to Giannis (front office manager), George (who went out of his way to ensure you were looked after), Angela, Rena, Dimitri, Marco, John, Victoria, Sophia, Matthew and Marina (Spa), Eva, Akshay and everyone else (and apologies to anyone we left out).
Room Both rooms were amazing but my room (with a private pool) was exceptional. The pool was big enough to get a good swim out of. We could use it anytime so about 6.30 am every morning we were in it to watch the sunrise at 7.00 am. We were also in it most evenings as during the day it was often too humid. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The double shower was great as were the twin sinks. Lots of room for storage (more than I have had anywhere) so plenty of space for all different types of clothing – swimwear, evening wear etc. Plenty of hangars when needed too. Fruit was delivered every afternoon which was a lovely touch. Fridge was replaced each day so there was ample water or juices as well as other cans and wines.
Food We had all inclusive. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice from George doing the omlettes to order, to croissants, yoghurts, fruit etc. The dining area was a lovely ambience to sit in – whether it be outside or in.
We had the buffet most evenings and there was plenty of choice. We also did the Peruvian and Lebansese evenings which were great.
Activities Some of our group did the pitta break making and tai chi and other activities that you could easily book yourself onto (all in the price as we were all inclusive). My daughter and friend would often sit by the main swimming pool area sunbathing and would enjoy the bar – staff there really wne tout of their way to look after everyone.
Bar In the evening we would often sit at the main bar area and enjoy sorbets and cocktails. It was a lovely ambience with lots of other hotel guests sitting there too. There was music most evenings – either say a piano player, saxophone and guitar etc.
Overall this hotel was amazing. We had stayed at the Astorian in Crete last year which was great – and we came to Zante to experience one of their sister hotels. This excelled – our pool was larger which made it more enjoyable and everything else was sublime.
Thank you.
