This stunning hotel stands on a beautiful sandy bay, between turquoise blue water and acres of olive groves. It is only 6 km out of Zante Town on the outskirts of Tsilivi, close to a selection of bars and tavernas. This air-conditioned hotel promises guests a memorable stay with its friendly atmosphere and traditional Greek hospitality. All rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed to make guests feel at home. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by the garden area, provides the seamless environment for guests to sit back and unwind. Guests can also make use of the tennis and basketball courts, complete with floodlights.
I call it Paolina, experience, she was excellent company, explained so much about the service provided. Took extra care with the areas that were damaged on my body (ankle). Very uplifted and relaxed after my treatment. Highly recommended
Had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at the Tui Blue Caravel. Our first adults only and came home feeling well rested.
Our room was a decent size with comfy beds and good air-conditioning.
Staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble...I'd like to be able to name everyone but there are too many. Special mention goes to Kristina & Marteka who we interacted with most whilst they tirelessly worked providing guests with drinks around the pool and bar. Drinks are served in reusable plastic around the pool and glass in the bar and paper straws are used everywhere.
Restaurant staff were welcoming, and ensured drinks kept flowing. Kitchen staff lead by Spiros were always out checking stock levels, and stirring everything on the hotplates. We have intolerances and could always find plenty of food to keep us going and food was well labelled (have a few kgs to lose now back home at the gym).
The gym is pretty poor, ok cardio equipment but lacking a few dumbells, has a few kettlebells and one double cable station.
Housekeeping was brilliant and in daily to clean, replace towels and make up beds. Our fridge was restocked with soft drinks and water. The hotel has invested in a filtration system which means their tap water is safe to drink apparently so there is a lack of plastic waste as they use glass bottles.
Evening entertainment is hit and miss I think, loved remarc legends, Deano and band fiction though.
We did a cocktail making class with Angelo which was fab and had a wonderful meal at the culinarium which was a real treat. Thank you to the waiter there who explained all of the dishes to us.
Now, the next part is specifically for those looking for information about accessibility as my husband is an ambulatory wheelchair user and wears a prosthetic leg too. We emailed and asked the hotel which of the swim up rooms garden view rooms were accessible. Irene replied with 634 and 635. We got 634. The room is in a quiet part of the hotel which was lovely and felt very private. It is basic, very minimalist but not much of a bother to us as we don't spend a lot of time in our room. It's a garden view which we were happy with and got full sun in the afternoon. Yes the pool is a bit colder than the main pools but its very refreshing on a hot afternoon when the main pools are like a bath. There is a small lip to get out of the doors to the decking and although flat there is a slight incline to the edge of the pool. To get out, you have to be able to lift your body out on to the side or climb a pool ladder which doesnt actually feel very secure. My main gripe about this room being accessible is that there are NO grab rails around the toilet or shower which is not very safe for someone trying to transition across to the toilet from a chair. We also had to ask for a shower seat which was provided very promptly but a bit wobbly given the angle of the shower floor for drainage (perhaps hotel management should have a go at trying to transition from a wheelchair to the toilet or shower seat). Something permanently attached to the wall would be better. My husband could easily access most places around the hotel in his chair and staff always happy to help if needed. We always got a bed in the main pool so it was easier for my husband to gain access to the pool once he took his prosthetic off. He never went in his chair but access in to the pool would be down some steps.
On July 16th I had an incredible massage made by Nora. She is so kind and did everything for me having a wonderful experience.
The absolute highlight at the hotel is the wonderful “Hotel Staff” that work tirelessly day after day to make sure that all the guests have the very best experience, so i feel it’s important that they get the recognition they deserve!
A special thank you to Marianna, Natasa and Emma🙏in the restaurant who were incredibly welcoming, sociable and friendly and so funny to chat too throughout our stay and a pleasure to get to know 😊
A huge thank you to Alba, Kristina and Yuna 🙏at the pool bar who work so hard serving drinks in unbearable heat but always extremely polite and maintain a smile throughout 😊
We are so grateful to the housekeeping ladies🙏Our room was absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy thanks to them😊 I hope the manager will pass on our sincere gratitude to all concerned
Just returned from a 1 week stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a side sea view room (216) which was spacious with plenty of hanging space, although a few more hangers would be welcome. There’s a hairdryer, a safe which was free, air-con also free and a super king size bed. The bathroom was a little tired/dated but it certainly didn’t spoil our stay.
The hotel stands in beautiful well maintained gardens. The reception area is light and airy and immaculately clean with seating areas to relax. You’ll also find the hotel bar serving some great cocktails.
There are 2 infinity pools with great views of the beach but unfortunately the main pool doesn’t have any umbrellas. The weather while we were there was 30 degrees + and the heat can be a bit too much at times. There is extensive grassed areas that have sun beds and umbrellas should you prefer some shade.
Outside of the restaurant is a seated decking area where you can relax and enjoy a drink while watching the nightly entertainment
The food in the restaurant is the best I’ve had in any hotel. There is so much choice, something for everyone in my opinion and if you’ve got a sweet tooth, the desserts are delicious
Will definitely return! See you all again and thank you 🇬🇷🇬🇧
After booking our trip then reading reviews we had some trepidation regarding the hotel, we needn’t have worried, our room was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard daily, the food and choice offered was excellent, the service we received from all the staff was superb. From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly departed we loved every minute and we would definitely stay at this hotel again - thank you to all the hardworking staff that made our time with you so enjoyable
