Lovely location and you can get out of this hotel exactly what you want. We was worried about our holiday due to some poor reviews already posted. I honestly don’t know what people were moaning about. Brilliant staff that are so happy to help. Food lovely and varied and even a fussy eater like me always found something impressive to eat. Loved the atmosphere round the pool eventhough the entertainment guy (when he could turn up) played the same playlist all week. I will defo revisit this hotel and there is loads of good about it that I have probably missed. A massive thanks to everyone at aluasoul tragaki
A gem of a hotel
AluaSoul Zakynthos is an absolute gem of a hotel. The location is beautiful, overlooking the sea. The staff really make your stay special. From checking in to checking out, you are so looked after. The bar staff remember you and your favourite drink, the staff in the restaurants are polite, courteous and do an amazing job, the room cleaning team are fab. No complaints at all. The main restaurant is a buffet setup. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, there is a wide variety of food on offer. Even the fussiest of eaters are sure to find something to suit. We did upgrade to the “My Favourite Club”, for no other reason than I like a sea view room, but we really enjoyed the added benefits, exclusive pool and bar area. If you can, upgrade, it’s definitely worth it! This was our second time at this hotel, and it was even better this year than last.

Perfect!
An amazing hotel!! It’s spacious and the location is perfect on the coast. The sunsets and sunrises are to die for. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are amazing. So so helpful at all times. Amazing energy from everyone, it was a really nice holiday. Just what I needed. The food was good, there is plenty of options and I love the sea view “restaurant”. Different menus at night and the lunch there is also very nice. The entertainment is great! Good vibes from everyone and the night shows are really good. The rooms were very nice with good cleaning service daily. After reading reviews and being there, as a younger adult I had realised there are a many judgemental older adults. I just call them “Karens” that complain for the sake of it. There is a smell to the hotel… but you’re in Greece, it’s to be expected. After travelling around the entire island, the smell’s no where near as bad as the rest of the island. Your nose will get used to it. Such a gorgeous island and hotel with amazing staff all around. Alexandra and the receptionists are amazing, Tony the barman and the entertainment guy 🙌🏼🙌🏼😁
Great hotel, great location
Great location. Easy check in. We were in a my favourite club room on ground floor. Our own seating area in the shade or cabana right next to the pool. Snack food was exactly what it said, burgers, hit dogs, salads.Restaurant buffet food was good, lots of salads, fish, meats at every meal. A la carte we visited twice, different menus on different nights so make sure to check that out. Well worth taking the time to book it, food was gorgeous. Entertainment was hit and miss but didn't stop us enjoying our time here. Ionna on the bar through the day is a lovely lady, great character and always smiling. Sorry we didn't get everyone names but all staff we came across were great.

Nice hotel, pleasant and relaxing. Made great by the staff
Very enjoyable 10 day stay. Very relaxing in a nice environment. The staff are genuinely fantastic. From the immediate interactions with the attentive and pleasant reception staff at check in, straight to the staff in the buffet while we waited on our room. Our room was clean, comfy and air conditioned!
The food was great for what we wanted. Standard all inclusive buffet, with a good variation and good quality. We always found something to eat and I enjoyed sampling lots of little bits. Again, staff were excellent at cleaning up, they were proactive but not pushy. The a la carte restaurant was fine. Food was decent staff were again very pleasant.
We spent most of our evenings at the pool bar as Renato was an absolute delight serving there. I couldn't drink the beer, not my taste, but there were plenty of cocktails and other drinks. Renato's fun conversation, efficiency and constant smile meant that we would sit down there and listen to the entertainment, while we played cards or chatted to other guests.
Upon check out, we got caught up in the fire at Zakynthos airport and were delayed overnight. Again the staff were attentive and helping in claiming us down and made what could have been a stressful disaster, merely an inconvenience (and an extra night stay!)
