Good quality hotel
This hotel has big pools and since I'm a swimmer I enjoyed every yard of them! As for the buffet, they had so many dishes, we kept refilling our plates with no issues, and they had snacks as well! They were also offering us free pizzas all day and kept filling our drinks and beers without even asking! Our room was so clean and comfortable that I felt at home! Air-conditioned rooms with no noise, they have great sound insulation here! The entire experience was worth every penny!
HOLIDAY FROM HELL!!!
We went with our grown-up grandson, we had never gone all inclusive before and if this is all inclusive, never again. The dining room was like a school canteen. Gangs of youths coming and going every 3 to 4 days, no order for anything. We're 78, 79 and our grandson 27. This hotel was supposed to be 4 star I would give it a two minus. When we booked we asked for somewhere quiet. We went with Love holidays. Bathroom was not cleaned the whole fortnight. Towels were not changed during the first week.
Great buffet
I really loved how big the buffet was, they had a lovely English breakfast too. Very tasty! The rooms were pretty big as well, which was perfect since we were a group of 3. I also tried the tattoo shop they have there and i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the artist. Nancy is really good at what she does! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Laganas. A great choice for anyone looking to relax while staying in the centre of town!
Avoid at all costs
This is not a 4 star hotel nowhere near its like a 2 star at most. Tables are not set its pretty much self service you have to get knives and forks yourself. One small section for food which is the same everyday, we ended up eating out despite being all inclusive. No life guard by the pools and half the chairs were broken. Completely occupied by groups of lads that are noisy and got no respect for everyone, they are noisy at night blasting out music. No sugar free drinks so no good if you have diabeties, they will not cater to any dietry requirements either. We went to the beach most days to get away from the lads. We reported the lads behavior multiple times to reception and nothing was done.
This is a hotel that caters towards groups of lads that want to party and don't care about the impact they have on families.
Terrible food and drinks
Although we were all inclusive we had to eat out as the food and drinks were dreadful. Also no entertainment or even background music, very depressing. Snacks - ham and cheese rolls - every day! I’ve been all inclusive before but this was nothing I’ve ever experienced before. We were so disappointed. Would definitely not recommend!
