The best A.I. in kalamaki
Well what can I say... you didn't disappoint us yet again this year. Lovely food, so much choice, good for kids and adults, very clean, maids work so hard , they clean the room and fresh towels daily, great, friendly staff, Mary on reception goes above and beyond nothing too much trouble. Had a great time at this beautiful hotel, 6th year this year. Thankyou. Xx

A wonderful family trip!
This has been our first holiday abroad as a family (children are 13,10,7), and we’ve had a fabulous time! The hotel is clean and the staff are very polite and attentive. There was a big pool, which is great for a busier vibe and good access to the bar. We preferred the smaller pool, which was a lot quieter and more relaxing. We had a good mix of resting in our beautifully air- conditioned room, playing games snd hanging out as a family, and time in the pool. Location to restaurants, bars, shops is excellent (5 mins walk) and 10 mins to the beach. The beach was beautiful in the morning! We did 2 early get ups and arrived at 7am on the beach, to see two turtles hatching and making their way to the sea!!! The beach isn’t a big beach so it can get crowded in the middle of the day and trying to get the kids walking there in 37 degree heat wasn’t easy. Watching the sun rise in the morning there was absolute bliss though! Food was always going to be a challenge for us. We have 2 gluten free people and one fussy 7 year old! The food at the hotel was fabulous! Snack bar for fussy kids (served 3-5pm) is especially good as it has chips, hot dogs, fish fingers and meatballs. Every evening had something different on offer to eat and it was all beautifully cooked. A huge ‘shoutout’ to BRUNA, who was an absolute star!!! She helped my husband and son immensely finding gluten free food and making sure they had everything they needed. We are so grateful as she really took the pressure off and made us feel so relaxed! We would definitely they’ll love to return to Exotica and are so sad to say goodbye.

Pool and bar areas are clean and spotless. There is a lot more choice drinks wise now than last year
The food is good plenty of choice u can never go hungry in fact we got sick of eating 🤣

I can honestly say I don’t know how he does it!
I have seen him in action and he is certainly very good at his job. I know a few people have written some not so good things about him but none of it is true! He’s very friendly and let’s be fair the guy is just doing his job! I must say in this heat I couldn’t do it so thank you Alex we appreciate you ❤️

Some places are simply somewhere you stay, while others become part of the memories you take home with you — and Exotica was definitely the latter.
From the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality, everything made our stay feel genuinely special. The reception team deserves a particular mention: always smiling, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, they made us feel less like guests and more like people they were genuinely happy to have there.
Exotica has that perfect holiday feeling — relaxing, lively, and full of little moments that make you want to stay a little longer. If you’re visiting Zakynthos and looking for a place with great hospitality and a memorable atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend it. 💙
