Defo not 4 star
Great location but no way was this a 4 star hotel I stayed in better 3 star in Greece communal area was un clean and dirty and cleaners did bare minimum I moved empty ash trays and glasses and rearranged sun beds if you could get one in morning was their two weeks and never saw them clean pool it was still covered in sand from day one walking the paths round the outside overgrown by trees that you had to push out if way to get past riped sunbeds and the toilets by pool was dusgusting couldn’t shut door as they were falling of hingers
Wonderful boutique style hotel
We’ve lost count of the amount of times we’ve stayed at this wonderful family run boutique styled hotel. We can’t wait to return as soon as we’ve returned home. It’s such a friendly hotel and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are fabulous and a great size including air conditioning which is great in the height of summer. The rooms are cleaned every day and you truly feel like you are being looked after with 5* service! The pool and bar area is a fantastic place to enjoy the sunny afternoons along with some cold beers and a great choice for lunch too, with plenty to choose from! All staff are super friendly and a warm welcome always meets us on arrival. We’ve made so many friends at this hotel over the years who return year after year… which says everything! Thank you Katerina Palace as always for our amazing holidays!

Could be better
Very basic room, we chose self catering. We had 2 single beds, shower door didn’t close properly. Air con only worked if the card was left in so everytime we came back the room was unbearably hot as it was 34 outside. Towels/ bedding wasn’t changed in the entire time we were there. Although you could tell housekeeping had been in as the bin was emptied.
People claim sun beds with towels and there’s not many so you’re lucky to get one as there’s not many. Staff don’t seem bothered by people doing it either. Main pool was definitely murky and the tiles had a slight slimy feel to them. The lower pool looked so much cleaner!
We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are so many places surrounding the hotel.
We’ll return to Argassi but not at this hotel.

Top Argassi hotel
Katerina Palace hotel is superb. The staff at Katerina Palace are so happy and helpful. The hotel is kept extremely clean. We have been going for many years and the staff return each season which shows how Katerina and Christina run the hotel. It is one big happy family. The breakfast has something for everyone with a vast choice each day. Don’t be put off by the reports of not being able to get a sunbed. I have never had a problem. Both pools have an ample amount . The bar staff , reception and breakfast staff couldn’t be better, plus they have an excellent chef serving too quality food until 5pm each evening. Almost everyone you speak to is a returning guest, which speaks for itself. There are many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We love this hotel and Argassi and that is why we return at least twice a year( 3 times this year) .
10/10 Bravo
We stayed for a couple of days as we extended our vacations. Lovely location in the center of Argasi, everything is easy to reach by a short walk. For sure we will be back!
