This hotel enjoys a superb location, in one of the finest and most cosmopolitan areas of Zakynthos, surrounded by palm trees and colourful gardens. It is situated only 3 km from Zakynthos town and moments from the finest beaches on the island. For those who like to get out and about, the charming area of Argassi is well worth a visit. The hotel comprises of everything guests would expect from a contemporary hotel, delivered with tasteful luxury and unique personal character. Guests will find all they are looking for in each of the exquisitely appointed rooms with provide comfortable accommodation. Guests can relax by the pool or in the mature gardens with their palm trees, or enjoy sports and entertainment with the professional staff. It is also possible to go horse riding.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The pool area sold this hotel to us as it’s look beautiful and clean, unfortunately even though there are signs everywhere about reserving sun-beds it was not adhered to by either guests or staff and were normally all taken by just after 6am. We used the second pool which wasn’t a problem, however the cleanliness, standard or appearance was no where near like the pool advertised in the main photographs, this area needs totally upgrading to the standard of the main pool. The bar was a wooden hut with limited drinks, poor Mario who never once complained, was always very polite and smiling was sweltering in there with nothing but a fan to keep him cool. Not sure what cleaning products they use in the pool, I had to throw 2 bikinis away on my return as the cream had gone green We had a junior suite which was very nice and tastefully decorated, only downside is the lack of storage. Food is ok, repetitive like most all inclusive hotels. We paid to keep our room on, unfortunately we had to move rooms as they had early arrivals, shame they didn’t think about that when we’re arrived as we sat in reception for 3 hours before ours was ready. The staff are all super friendly and can’t do enough for you. We met some lovely people, the hotel is in a great location. Unless the second pool was upgraded I doubt we would return, which is a real shame.
Very nice stay. This is our 2nd time visiting. Food plenty of choice, clean room , worth paying the extra for 24/7 aircon. Staff are great and very friendly,

What an amazing hotel, Second visit here and the work that has been put in over the winter is absolutely brilliant, Great staff across the board, All hardworking fun and thoughtful, our room was fantastic, clean, well maintained and comfortable, Pool side is great and the bar is well stocked. A brilliant barman with an excellent memory for drinks!!! The food is amazing , well presented and plentiful and the town is vibrant and colourful,Full of restaurants if you fancy a change,
Just a little gem that had turned into a big diamond,
Thank you for looking after us we will be back.
From start to finish our stay at the hotel was lovely. We stayed in a deluxe room which overlooked the pool. It was clean, tidy and very well maintained.
From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed. The barman Stathis was amazing. He remembered our names and drinks and was so lovely, friendly and helpful.
The entertainment team, Isabella and Abra were brilliant too. There was a good variety of activities for everyone to get involved in.
The pool area was very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. Local buses were easy to use too, very close to the hotel.
The food was lovely, well cooked and had lots of variety, however did get a bit repetitive over our 8 night stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to say thank you so much to all the staff for a very enjoyable holiday.
