Do not waste your money
Great location. Hotel no more than a two star. Cleaners working hard to make it habitable. Even though "all inclusive" lots of hidden extras. The smell of raw sewage was very present. Food was repetitive. The pool burned our eyes and turned everything green. (Have NEVER had this before!) Our room flooded everytime we had a shower, even went out into the corridor. The rooms were advertised as having air-conditioning, upon arrival we were given a timetable, the hours we had in all inclusive were 2pm -4pm and 11pm -2am. We tried these times and it didn't work. No bottled water, told to buy it from the All inclusive evening entertainment was bingo at 5 euros a head and karaoke.
Special memories
The staff made the holiday great, nothing was too much trouble. Good standard of food and drink and a very clean hotel with very good facilities. We had a recently refurbished suite which was a high standard for a 4 star hotel. Special mention to Staphis the bar manager and Panos who worked the evenings. Isabella and Abra, the entertainment team are so good and made the stay even better for our children (14 and 12). Would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely Holiday
Great holiday at Diana Palace, hotel was nice and clean and located in a great area with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, entertainment staff did a good job too. Special mention for Stathis at the pool bar, great people skills, knows your name and what you want to drink and works hard non stop every day. An asset to the Diana Palace! Ice no Coke!!🤣
Fantastic place
Fantastic family hotel, all you would expect from a jet2 holiday. No complaints at all and the staff are great. Stathis who runs the pool bar is first class fantastic with the kids and always happy to see you, make sure you fill the glass jar. Again great holiday. We was a family of 7 and nothing was a problem for them couldn’t do enough for us.

Fab Holiday at Diana Palace
We had such a lovely time staying here with our 2 teenage daughters, as soon as we arrived we felt comfortable and welcomed! The pool was always clean and surrounding areas - entertainment staff Isabella and abracadabra were so good with our girls and it’s the first time they have BOTH got involved with games which made us want to join in too! The rooms were always cleaned every morning with fresh towels. Reception staff always helped with any questions we had. A special thanks to the best bar man in Zakynthos, Stathis! From the moment we arrived he always remembered our names, greeting us remembering our drinks and always making us smile! He was exceptional! As were all the staff at Diana palace! One of the best most welcoming hotels we have stayed at! Thanks for a lovely holiday!
