Outstanding Hotel and Service
We stayed here for 9 nights as a family of 3 and it was wonderful. Firstly, we were in a sea view room with a mezzanine floor. It meant we had a lot of space with 2 balconies plus a double bed and 2 twin beds. We had a couple of small issues which required maintenance in the room. They literally arrived within a couple of minutes of me calling reception and the issues were both resolved within 5 minutes - amazing service. Housekeeping was excellent in the room and around the hotel.
We had lunch on our last day in the hotel restaurant. It was very good and I think we would have eaten more if there was pool service. I think the hotel is missing a trick not having staff walking around the pools asking if they can get drinks/food for people. There is a QR code on the pool tables but you have to go down to the restaurant to place an order which means a lot of people just don’t bother.
The hotel is located right at the end of Kamari beach. There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants to choose from. Our favourites were Spring and Splash. There are also many shops selling holiday essentials, gifts, clothes and food/drinks.
It is also very easy to visit Fira and Oia from Kamari using the local bus service. It’s 2.20 euros per journey per person to Fira and then the same again up to Oia. We went to catch the bus one day but miscalculated the times so it would have been an hour wait. I used my uber app and we were picked up within 5 mins.
Other people here have commented on the planes overhead. You get used to it very quickly and it is actually quite a novelty - don’t let it put you off the hotel.
Just outside of the hotel gates, there is a water sports centre with jet skis etc. My husband and daughter hired a kayak and enjoyed the experience.
The local people make you feel very welcome. They really appreciate the tourists and you get to know one or two faces if you walk up and down the seafront every night. The whole place felt very safe so great for groups of girls travelling together or solo travellers.
Santorini is stunning. It takes your breath away when you visit some of the places. It’s one of those places you have to see in your lifetime. We loved it!
The highlights of the hotel for me were the sea views, the room quality, the service and the proximity to Kamari’s restaurants and shops.

5 star luxury
We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel for our silver wedding anniversary with our children. Excellent location and beautiful hotel with amazing views and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The staff were so kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble always smiling. Breakfast was lovely every day from fresh fruit and salads to eggs and bread and fresh pastries too. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh water and towels provided daily. A special mention to the Reception staff who were most welcoming every day and a huge THANKS TO THE LOVELY LADY GEORGIA VARDOULAKI who was absolutely fantastic in sorting our tours and booking a table at a beautiful spot in Fira for our Anniversary and she decorated our bedroom for the special occasion and made our stay so memorable.
Thanks to Management and staff of this hotel for making our holiday so memorable and for all the assistance during our stay. We are forever grateful thanks so so much. Definitely recommend staying here for a luxurious 5 star experience.

Best holiday ever
Just got back from a idillic week at the Costa grand celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, it was truly exceptional and this was down to the location and the staff. Shout out to Mary & Efthymis on reception who went above & beyond to make us feel very special during our stay, remembering our names and asking about our experiences on our days out and to Georgia who arranged flowers for our arrival following conversations with my husband beforehand, always greeting us with a smile and again listening to our adventures. We had a beachfront room which had a fantastic view and cleanliness was second to none absolutely spotless. Bus travel was easy to Fira and Oia both beautiful towns with great shops and restaurants. Also took a trip around the island which was full of history and knowledge taking you to small villages we would never have found. So if your thinking of visiting you should do is a very amazing island.

Absolutely amazing
Hotel was a perfect little slice of bliss, the most relaxing holiday ive ever had, Location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the strip with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops, lovely quiet atmosphere at both the hotel and strip, rooms fantastic and remarkably clean, value for money i thought was great, the whole complex was spotless and the food was amazing with a great selection, didn't use the spa or gym though, great selection of pools and the view out across the sea to the islands was great, my only negative would be the beach, it flat rock which is slippery due to being under water but access was a mixture of black sand and pebbles, i honestly couldn't have asked for a better holiday and will be rebooking for next year, a massive special shout out to Christian the waiter who bought my family a drink on the last day to say thank you, give that man a raise, rest of the staff were just amazing what a perfect set up you guys have, from my family to yours thank you and I'll see you next year

A truly unforgettable stay at Costa Grand Resort Our time at Costa Grand Resort in Kamari Beach was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location - just steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need. What made our stay truly special, though, was Georgia. She was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our holiday perfect. Her recommendations were spot-on every time, and she went above and beyond to help us feel at home. Georgia's kindness and local knowledge added so much to our experience, and we're incredibly grateful. Costa Grand Resort is an amazing hotel, and thanks to Georgia, it became even more memorable. Highly recommended.
