Exceptional Hospitality in Imerovigli
If you are looking for a place that combines the famous Santorini views with world-class service, Pegasus Suites & Spa is it. While the scenery is stunning, it was the staff who truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to Maria, Effie, Chari, Behzad, and Christoph for their incredible help—from seamless airport transfers to car rentals and perfect restaurant recommendations. The Suite: We treated ourselves to the Honeymoon Suite, and it was worth every penny. Having a private Jacuzzi and high-quality sun loungers meant we could enjoy the Caldera view in total peace. The daily housekeeping was charming, often leaving creative floral designs in the room. Plus, having a fridge and coffee/tea facilities made it feel like a home away from home.
The breakfast here is a huge spread that caters to everyone. You can get a proper latte or cappuccino alongside a mix of American staples (eggs, bacon, cereal) and authentic Greek treats. The spanakopita and dolmas were fresh and delicious every single morning.
It’s a very safe and scenic walk to Firostefani and Fira.
Just a heads-up that, like most of Santorini, there are a lot of stairs! It’s great exercise, but be prepared. There are a lot of steps – and I mean a LOT. We did see people walking with canes who managed the steps, but this side of the island is not manageable for people in wheelchairs or walkers.
The staff are experts at booking tours; our catamaran trip was a highlight of the vacation.
The hospitality here is truly exceptional. We leave with wonderful memories and can't recommend this team highly enough!

Wonderful vacation!
Went there with my wife to celebrate our 15 years anniversary, had a wonderful time! Great service from the staff, room was spacious and attractive, breakfast was your typical continental thing with high quality, and the views from the room were simply beathtaking! I recommend the Anor restaurant and also the Aegean restaurant, which are just a short walk away.
Magical Stay!
We booked Pegasus Suites for my 40th birthday trip.
We had an amazing stay. We were delighted with the warm welcome from Charis (hotel manager), who led us to reception and we were given champayne on arrival. To our surprise all our bags were taken straight to our rooms. There were a lot of steps so it would have been a struggle, so this was a relief. The manager introduced us to the lovely receptionist Maria who was also warm and welcoming. They both ensured we had a comfortable stay by checking on us regularly. The manager was around at breakfast each morning to check everything was ok, which was nice touch.
The breakfast was lovely- great selection and different daily.
The staff were warm and friendly and greeted us with smiles throughout our stay.
The room was beautiful, clean and had breathtaking views. The stone cave-like feel was unique and what we were looking for for our stay in Santorini.
The balcony area was stunning and the hot tub was lovely and warm.
The service was fabulous. The location was convenient with a 15 minute walk to Fira and also on the way to the stunning hike up to Oia.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

That’s like family run hotel should look like!
From the first moment We were like “wow really?” Heart suite is huge! From photos You can not imagine the real size. Very extraordinary in Santorini. Views amazing. Heart pool where You can swim is also a gem. 32deg is prefect tempereture for it. Day and night. Staff is really amazing. Atlantis the Royal set last year the staff benchmark quite high, but this is almost the same, just more like at home. Breakfast is good, but dinner, especially chicken gyros is out of this world! Best! Every member of staff knows you. No need of saying the room number. Smiling, asking, doing exactly the right thing. Housekeeping is perfect. They know You go for breakfast and then after return everything is cleaned refilled - perfection. Location of hotel at the end of the village is the best. Here in Santorini privacy is not the main thing, but in Pegasus You simply get it. After several walks through the village I am even more happier choosing this place.

Absolutely Stunning hotel
We have had the most amazing honeymoon here in santorini at the Pegasus Hotel Suites and Spa! Hotel is just perfect and the staff can’t do enough for you and are so friendly, we felt like VIPs! The rooms are so clean and the views are absolutely amazing! We stayed in the junior suite with a jacuzzi and cant recommend it enough
Special thank you to Christos, Behzad and John for going above and beyond, Maria and Charis for being really welcoming, friendly and for all of your help! Champagne welcome drink on arrival, bottle of wine in the room and champagne breakfast every morning if you want
