If I could give zero I would.
Firstly the rooms are outdated. Shower was cold 5 out the 7 days we were there, air con basically just coughed at you and we had to ask for our room to be cleaned (more for asking for clean towels) Food - if you like reheated dinner for tea then sign yourself up! The lady who looks after the bar mid afternoon was very rude! Barked at my partner to put a T-shirt on when entering the bar area but 4 other men walked in topless absolutely fine Atmosphere was clicky, can tell they have regular guests cause if you wasn’t part of the group you were made to feel unwelcome Free for all at the bar when staff couldn’t be bothered to serve you
Other all it was just a disastrous week

Went to Asterias Bay Hotel for our last night in Rhodes because of Booking.com-reviews, unfortunately read Google later. First we waited in the lobby 45+ minutes because couldn't find any staff on the premises, later managed to find someone from the kitchen who then went to wake up the receptionist from another hotel room. They said we should have shouted in the lobby to catch their attention. The whole hotel seemed quite run down, unlike their advertised photos, and the atmosphere seemed like they have given up. The room hadn't even been vacuumed when we went it. The location is quite remote for a lot of activities, we just booked this to be close to the airport. Cannot comment the noise level as we couldn't stay there. Amenities as rescribed above.
Made the decision to leave and book elsewhere and would recommend that to others as well. You can get so much better value for money in other hotels on the island and even on the same area.
Lovely relaxing hotel
We really enjoyed our holiday here. It was truly relaxing & informal. No need to change for dinner. Whilst there is a limited choice at mealtimes, we always found something we could enjoy, and it was all freshly cooked. Ice cream on tap all day as was chilled beer, wine & soft drinks. Local spirits also available. 5 minute walk to the beach where the kite surfing was fascinating to watch. Room was fine with everything we needed. Overall would recommend it for a quiet & relaxing break. For those with children, although the pool is great the children's play area no longer exists.
