We visited this hotel last September with our daughter and young baby. From walking in we were impressed by the cleanliness and very friendly reception staff. Our rooms were the upgraded ones with a splash pool outside and this made the holiday for us. The bar staff were also very friendly and prices were reasonable. I can highly recommend this hotel. I must mention some of the reception staff who absolutely loved our granddaughter and spoke to us every time we passed. In particular Meltem, Alexander, Melinda and Angie were so lovely.
A really nice hotel in a terrible spot,if you have the misfortune of booking this hotel bring earplugs the noise is incredible.Ive just suggested to the front desk that they would earn a fortune selling earplugs whatever you do do not book into this hotel unless you are under 20 HORRENDOUS
During our 10-day stay, we had enough time to get a good impression of the hotel.
The biggest downside is its location on a very busy street full of bars and clubs. At night, you can often hear loud music, people shouting, and general nightlife noise. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, this may not be the right choice.
The hotel is located right next to the beach, but this beach is extremely windy. There is almost always strong wind and large waves. If you prefer calm water for swimming, you’ll need to go to a beach on the opposite side of the island.
The swimming pool is only open until 6:30 PM, which feels quite early. It is also very windy around the pool area.
Dinner is not served as a buffet. Instead, you receive a menu where you can choose one soup, one salad, two main courses, and one dessert. It was also disappointing that even plain drinking water is not included and has to be paid for separately every time.
Another downside was the shower. The water temperature changed randomly from cold to hot, and the water pressure also varied. Sometimes the water even stopped running completely for a short time.
The bathroom is quite small but functional. On the positive side, the balcony is very spacious, and the waiters were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
Overall I have a lot to say so bare with me!!! Staff really friendly great location local to everything amazing, here's where it gets messy you need to figure out who you are catering for!! I would say its not child friendly it's nothing more than an upscale 18-25 party hostel amd that ruined my holiday all this advertising of child friendly, is not true the people you allow to book amd stay have no respect nothing more than teenagers with no respect doors slaming all night, shouting loud music etc etc, don't advertise as child friendly as you are Not how can a child sleep through that and we booked and paid for 2 weeks, advice don't put a family amongst big groups it ruined out holiday, I will not be returning to Greece, there is no respect, either you are family friendly or you are not don't get greedy do you even k ow what happens at night it's shocking, also paying for breakfast for a child same price as adult is stupid cos a 2 Yr old doesn't eat anything like an adult so why charge the same the stairs are not safe my son could fall down the big gaps, I would not reccome d to any family with all children it's very conflicting because you advertise as child friendly you advertise as adults only, play area advertised NO pool table NO to me it's an upscale hostel only suited to young adults and they run wild!!!!
