Amazing hotel
Second time in this hotel and just as amazing each time. Staff are incredible people and so friendly especially at the main pool bar and Cibus restaurant. Rooms are perfect, setting is amazing and the food is brilliant. Couldn’t ask for more from a hotel! Highly recommend!

Paradise revisited….
I have visited this hotel about 14 times over the last 12 or so years, during this time there have been many improvements and renovations. Room were all refurbished and have walk in showers and extremely comfortable beds. Pools are warm clean and beautiful at night! It was the main restaurant this time it has been totally renovated, I can honestly say I found the food to be high quality and fresh, there is live cooking at various stations, you even get you bread cut for you!! The à la carte restaurant led by Giota is always special and has plenty of options to chose from on the AI tariff. The staff in the bars and restaurants always make you very welcome and are a credit to the hotel whether you are new to PR or a repeat visitor line me. If you want a luxurious relaxing break, with comfort and fabulous food in a beautiful hotel this is the place for you. We have already booked to go back next June and look forward to seeing all of our friends at PR in this little bit of paradise.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with stunning grounds. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The food quality and choice is excellent. Without doubt the biggest asset is the staff, friendly and courteous wherever you went, particularly Maria and the staff at the pool bar.
However, for a 5 star hotel find it ridiculous that in order to secure a sunbed there is a fee of €20 a day. We managed to get a sunbed by the smaller pool if we got down there by 7.30 am but people were reserving from 6am and we could never get a bed by the main pool. If they can sort this issue out the hotel would be perfect

False information
Looking at certain comments on the all inclusive !! All hôtels who have all inclusive stipulate that certain drinks food etc might extra to pay. This will be our 9th year this year, and never have had a problem with the all inclusive. I honestly think people go out of there way to try and ger something FREE. Port royal SENTIDO is a fantastique hôtel and we have never been disapointed, thats why we go every year. As for the sun beds we have never paid 😱 they are plenty around for everyone. The haters should Stop the false information

Probably one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! We had the Royal All Inclusive package and it was definitely worth it. Almost everything was included, so we didn’t really have to worry about extra costs.
The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of live cooking, which makes a big difference. The food is fresh and the chefs are happy to adjust things to your taste. We also tried the à la carte restaurants and really enjoyed them.
Don’t skip the spa! The indoor pool, gym, sauna and hammam are free, but I’d really recommend booking a treatment. I had the Head Spa and my partner had a massage and we both came out feeling amazing!!
We heard some people complaining about not enough sunbeds at the main pool, but honestly we didn’t have an issue. There’s another relax pool just a minute away and we always found space there.
The hotel was very clean, beautifully designed and we had such a lovely time. Would definitely come back! 🤍
